Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Awesome experience. Now that I have been ordering for last 1 year I'm really happy with them compared to many other such sites. Truly professional. If u have a problem they really help you out. The products remain super at most affordable cost. The orders despatched within 3 days and thats an achievement since my orders are generally big.
Absolutely brilliant website for all things scrapbook related and any other craft where you may want tapes, paper, stickers, stamps the list goes on. Delivery to the uk is fast, and arrives beautifully presented in a printed box which are so pretty I don’t want to get rid of them. All products are as described and really good prices, the cheapest I’ve found. Would recommend this site definitely as one of the best out there
I cannot tell you how pleasantly surprised I was to receive my journalsay package. First off, it arrived sooner than anticipated and it was in a BEAUTIFUL box, wrapped in tissue paper and wow, it was so exciting to open and go through all the goodies I purchased. I expected it to all be crammed in a plastic bag with a pound of tape securing it. This was the best happy mail.ever and it makes me want to put in another order! Thank you so much!
All items were brilliant quality was superb loved them all
Just exceeded expectations with quality/packing etc. Care was taken with the presentation and I will order from them in the future.
The pricing was great. The communication was great. I love the products! It even got to me sooner than I thought it would.
I received quality products at great prices and delivery was in the expected time frame which was 10 business days. It was well packaged and I love the “signature” colored heart bubble wrap.
Super fast delivery (for international shipping) and excellent quality and quantity for the price. Immediately placed another order. Would recommend for sure!
I've had 2 orders with you and they both showed up in great condition. Love the care you put into each box I've received. I use your boxes to keep my supplies in. Last one was fall themed. Love it ! Hope to continue orders with you.
Great quality products at reasonable prices , very happy with products & service to UK
The box is super cute and the products are amazing.
Good quality products, fast shipping and fun to use!
First time order. Really happy with the products I received. Loved the packaging of my order also. Will definitely be ordering again
The quality of the products is excellent, as always. And the service from the staff is unbeatable. Thanks for all the support!
The website has about anything to meet your needs. I have ordered from Journalsay many times and have never been disappointed. My journals come out beautiful with their products.
There were so many items to choose from with varying interests I have ordered twice now and am very happy with my purchases
I find it very rewarding to order from Journalsay. They have a great selection of good products, shipping is in my price range and timely.
Uses "fake" sales so don't let yourself be pressured to buy something. Great customer support. Quality of the products is pretty good when you look at the price. They have some AI slop so keep an eye open when browsing. All in all I would buy from them again.
The experience with JournalSay was a delight, and contact with them was quick (within 24 hours!). I contacted Aaron and asked him if he could ship over my two orders in one package, and he was kind enough to oblige me. And when the products came, everything was a great experience. The unboxing was wholesome because of the little details: the "thank you" sticker holding the heart-shaped bubble wrap together. And once all the products were out of their Autumn-themed box, there was a QR code and an invitation to their Facebook group. It felt like that detail was the cherry on top of a tasty dessert (LOL.. I'm a sucker for small details). The quality of the products were good, too. I especially loved the PET stickers I'd gotten the most. They looked great in my Bible and added a nice touch to it. I received 23 items and each of them were well packaged and cute. The washi tape tower was a life saver (IYKYK) and now my collection of washi tape is being beautifully displayed instead of shoved into a box, hidden in a random closet. I enjoyed my JournalSay experience and look forward to the next purchase (I'm currently on their website now, adding even more cute and vintage-esque journaling products to my cart). Thanks, Aaron and team. I appreciate you.
Products are very nice and quality too. To France, the order needs about 10 days to arrive but it is totally worth the wait! I already made 3 orders and I am really happy with all of them.
