Stay away from this place Didn't receive order, no answer to emails. Pure rip off merchants I've just seen a review from some joker saying all bad reviews are competitors I can tell you straight, I have no dog in that race. My review is absolutely spot on and is the absolute truth, which some people wouldn't know if it belted them in the face. It's completely up to you. I didn't receive my order and that's all I can say
Next day delivery..... what a joke, ordered 13th. Sent multiple emails etc. No response, ended up contacting my bank for a refund. As from the reviews I can see thats the only way I will get my money back. Today I received "my order" however it is not what I ordered. With a note saying what I ordered had been discontinued, so instead of contacting me. Asking if I wanted something else or a refund. They give me random juice. One bottle is out of date!! This company needs to close, clearly if people are lucky to get a delivery. Its very likely its not what you ordered. Stay away from this company. Unless you want to send endless emails with no response. And waste people's time trying to get your money back.
Ordered vapes here on the 19th of December 2025.. still no vapes and it's January 28th 2026.. no response to emails. The number is no in use. £90 im owed. Absolute shit show of a company. Shame on yous
This compnay has had some bad reviews recently! I have always kept using them as they have the best prices etc. I have just found out they have had a management shift!!! Brand new manager who is absolutely amazing and sorting everything out, music to my ears as they are by far the cheapest, they have LOADS more stock and ranged coming and will be amazing as they always were. Some of these bad reviews are 100% competitors by the way as I know the owners sister in law from the rival very well. A bit of a shame people go to this depth to try snd ruin a compnay who have been around for 14 years!! Anyway guys, ignore these reviews and if you have had a bad experience email them and they will 100% get back to you. Love juicy vapes and thank you for getting back on track 👊
Believe all the other reviews, i wish i had done research before ordering, postage says next day if ordered before 1pm, ordered on the 15th its now the 19th, got sent a completely different device which they don't even have on there website and is cheaper, no email saying so and no update from the company on where my order was. just boycott and go elsewhere there basically just robbing you at this point.
Although others have said they have not received there order i orderd mine Monday and it came today . They was out of stock of an item I wanted but replaced it with similar item. But there customer services well that is an issue as had an issue with order and contracted them the eve and next day and even tried ringing but nothing. Unfortunately I wont use them again. But order did arrive and they did supply product when one was out of stock.
Bad Customer Service I started to use another company for my vapes as was cheaper but they stopped having the Juices I liked so went back to Juicy Vapes again. Never had a problem with them before but of the two recent orders I placed one arrived well over a week later and the more recent one I ordered 30th Dec and it is over a week and still not arrived, tried ringing (get bt answering service) filling out there form ( no reply) and today a email also If I do not hear from them or receive goods which was over £30 worth I will be contacting my bank (used to be able to pay by pay pal and now know why you can not pay this way now) Should have read all the reviews before using again I will make sure I do read reviews before ordering again on line

This is the worst business I’ve ever dealt with. They sent me the wrong order worth less than half of what I paid for, and even included expired vape juice. They'll never answer calls or reply to emails. Based on my experience — and what other reviews here also show — I would strongly warn anyone against using them unless you’re ready to lose your money.
If I could give a 0 star review I would. Ordered a vape and got a confirmation email. Vape never arrived. Sent 3 emails but never got a reply to any of them. Rang numerous times but never got to speak to anyone. Eventually sought a refund from my credit card company thankfully. Enough said !

Been using them for over 5 years brilliant service .. now a complete sham.. sent out rank odyssey black.. 10 emails and numerous calls no response what so ever ! Who ever has taken them over is useless.. lose customers and no damns given.. state of the UK really! Shame!! Sources other suppliers only too happy for new continued business!
I've placed an order and over 1 and half week has passed and I've not received it.I was advised it would be 3 to 4 days. I've emailed them twice now,and had no response. Do NOT ORDER from here.
DO NOT USE! Still no delivery after 3 weeks and they ignore all emails. Having to go through my bank to get my money back. Use anyone but these people. Useless, fraudulent and lazy.
Not delivered in stated time, 4 emails to ask where my order was with no response or any correspondence whatsoever with an update. Did not inspire me with confidence. Eventually very late delivery.
They sent the wrong product from the one I ordered. I informed them by email. No response. I returned the product as per their returns policy, including registered post. They have signed for it so I know they received it. Since then, no replacement, no refund, no communication. They took my money and kept the product. They are a bunch of scammers
Brilliant service when they had a shop in daventry, since having to order online it’s been very hit & miss. Very rarely does next day delivery ever happen and you have to contact them to chase them 9/10 they don’t reply. Advertised pricing very misleading and when you email them for an explanation! Guess what NO REPLY. SHOCKING COMPANY WITH EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is from someone who has used them for over 5 years and just seen the light!!!
I have ordered from Juicy Vapes several times with next to no issue. I had one late delivery for which I emailed customer service and they responded sayng it was running behind - I eventually received it so didn't think much of it and continued to use the site. My last order however, has been completely different with no delivery and no response from the company. I have emailed customer service multiple times and their phone number forwards to a voicemail no matter which department option I select. I have started a chargeback with my bank and won't be using them again.
Made a orfer on 01/08/25 and was told next day delivery still waiting and the company's is unavailable to talk too worst company out
One week after placing a large next day delivery order I am still waiting. This company is not contactable by phone and do not respond to emails. Worst experience I have ever had from an online order.
