The company is very prompt on giving you an estimate and are willing to work with you if that wasn’t what you were looking to receive for your junk vehicle. The tow truck driver i was very pleased that he didn’t have any issues with finding my home and removing it from my driver way! Also , please make sure that if they say cash that is what you receive because I got a hand written check that I’m having difficulties cashing! Pleased with the customer service I received from those that were involved , very well spoken and knowledgeable . Great experience with Junk Car Traders! They made the process very easy, transfer and pick up of car could not have gone smoother! Would definitely use them again!

We set up a time to pick up the car on the phone. I was then told 30 minutes after the scheduled time that no one was coming to pick up the car. I then had to wait another 50 minutes. Overall, a pretty frustrating experience not to mention being called and texted frequently by workers asking me if I got my car picked up.

Well done!

The representative explained the details and steps of the transaction and kept in contact with me throughout the process and followed up with me after the pickup of my vehicle. Even the towing company kept me updated on their arrival.
