Seat selection process at the same time with everything else is great. Communication is great with text message, chat, and email option. The process is very easy.

The booking process was straightforward and simple. The prices were very competitive and the service was great!

The first flight that was presented was actually sold out. When I tried to select seats, the supplication just sat there giving me no indication ehegher I got the seats or not. Finally I gave up on seat selection snd just skipped it. Then I entered all my payment information and after sll that work I just got a message saying there was a problem and please try ghe next flight. Justly dhould have told theseats we're doldrums instead of just sitting there and it shouldn't have asked me for payment information if the flight was sold out.

I always book flight online in justfly but this time I found flight for a good price all done payment was process but didn’t get the ticket I did again same issue and shows high price to book that is getting tricky. This has to be fiX.

The fact that I made a mistake in booking the outbound flight and was able to cancel and re book at no added cost was a plus. the fact that had to cancel and rebook the entire trip rather then just the leg that I screwed up was a minus.
Great experience
The use of this website was the ease of following every step clearly and with transparency. I will definitely recommend this website to family and friends. There was a 20 minute timer set during checkout that made the process a little bit uncomfortable for me. That's all. Otherwise, it was great experience for me to use.
