The first person I spoke to wanted to sell me the same flight for $100 more so I hung up, called again, the other agent explained how I could find where to pay online and it all went fine. If one agent isn't helpful, just call again and the next one may well be helpful.

I love this airline! Clean, friendly and easy to fly with. Knock on wood, I never have had any issues. I wish they did fly more areas! I know they keep growing. But it is my go to if I have the flight ability as a choice in my journeys. Airlines could learn from them.
