Completely misleading 24 hours refund policy I just booked my flight 30 min ago and requested to cancel and agent been giving so much hard time to cancel this is highly misleading never experienced this before with any airline plus im going for my birthday to san diego just for one day and this is alot timing consuming proceee

We had an emergency come up,called,with 2 phones,and waited just over 3 hours on hold,before a human told us we were out of luck. Non transferable, and zero refund. Extremely disappointed and will never use again. Michael Diggs

I used to fly on Spirit only; no I have found Justfly, the price is perfect. I hope the seat that I want is by the window and in the front as I am tall. I will be flyng more often as my 1st grandbaby is about to be born.

Convenient, but 3rd party $ markup
Convenient? Yes. Justfly does a better job than other flight search platforms at showing the cheapest flights and giving "side-by-side" comparisons. HOWEVER! I felt pretty stupid after I purchased the ticket (payment is processed through Justfly) and, on a hunch, checked the prices on the airline's actual website... yup, would've saved $40 just buying direct from them. Justfly is convenient and intuitive, but they're a 3rd party and will therefore build in a markup for their cut. It's to be expected.

They cancelled my trip without any…
They cancelled my trip without any explanation, notice, email or text message. Just found out when I log in at their APP. After that I started to search about them I surprised about their bad reputation.
