Please Note: If you book and pay with debit, and then cancel, you may not receive your refund for up to 30 days. This is very disconcerting, if you need that money. This happened to me. I cancelled my booking after only 10 minutes, requested a refund, and was told it may take up to 30 days. Never has this happened to me before with airline purchases. BUYER BEWARE!

Stay away from this Indian scam!!!!
Where do I begin? 1. over 1 hour wait for a phone customer service 2. only useless AI help via Chat, WhatsApp and emails 3. They charge money for booking seats twice: one for whatever airline would charge and one "service fee" (around $250). Booking of seats never happened (waited 4 months), so booked it myself thru an airline. Justfly.com would NOT refund me neither amount, not from what I paid them for airline charge, neither for their ridiciolous "service fee". When I asked for refund, they told me (I'm sorry, their AI assistant told me, it is impossible to speak to a human) that my wish was fulfilled (even though I did it myself and basically paid twice for booking seats) and refund is not allowed, total scam. I'm going to sue their asses for this complete incompetenece!
