I paid for assigned seating and it…
I paid for assigned seating and it didn’t get booked with the airlines. I paid for extra baggage and it didn’t get booked with the airlines. The baggage fee is supposed to be refunded but I don’t understand what happened to the seat assignments. I didnt know that there was a $289 fee attached for booking my flights. The website is hard to navigate. I guess it takes a couple weeks for the airlines to approve the seating assignments. The helpline explained how it works.
