We rented a car that met our…

We rented a car that met our requirements. The service was pleasant, although we were charged a huge amount in extra fees. Every single bit of damage—and I mean *every* bit, even something caused by an insect—is immediately added to the bill. In our case, some "expert" spotted a 2 cm scratch on the rim. This happened five days after we had returned the car and after both parties had signed documents stating the vehicle was handed over in perfect condition. I am speechless at the fact that we were essentially robbed. The rental company has a vested interest in keeping the deposit, which they then simply use for their own gain. I must mention that we never received a bill or invoice for the "repair" they supposedly carried out. All their extra charges are completely made up. We will NEVER rent a car again. For the price of the rental, you could easily buy an average five-seater car. A terrible, unpleasant, and disappointing experience. Overall, it makes me sad to think they would rather steal whatever they can from a customer's deposit than retain that customer for the future. DISHONESTY at its worst. Stay far away from them.

i denied coverage. then you keep hitting me up unitl i check and go through with selecting a seat for $10 when i didnt want it. i wanted to save the money. disapointed

My original flight had changes that I could not do. I purchased the travel insurance and the hoops that I have to go through are absolutely endless. I still have not resolved this issue. the travel insurance documents have to be reviewed closely. It is not just to protect you it actually prevents you from getting credit.
