My family and I have always used the Justfly app to book both domestic and international flights. Justfly consistently offers great airfare at competitive prices, and the app is very user-friendly. I always still with us fly and I never have a problem with my tickets and this is why I always go up there towards them and usually I get cheaper tickets but I waited at a later time so but it’s all right. It’s still cheaper than the other ones, so I love dealing with just fly.

Justfly has the worst customer service on earth
I have been on the phone for hours trying to change a minor name error. They are saying they cannot do it and forcing me to buy a new ticket. I called the control airline and they are saying everything is fine and that I can do the name change it’s just Just fly. Please do not book your flights through them they have the worst customer service on planet earth.
I booked a flight for November
I booked a flight for November. I booked it to leave DUJ and arrive at PIT. They changed my reservation to go from DUJ to IAD (Dulles Airport). They blamed it on DUJ Airport. I called DUJ Airport and they said they made no changes to my flight, that’s how it came to them. Of course I can’t get a hold of a real person, just AI.

The worst experience I ever had. The representative charged me twice with the same booking number, They cancelled my flight now it takes up to 5 to 10 business days to get a refund. Please don’t book a flight with this company. You will be screwed.
