Absolutely awful experience. I wasted over 2 hours dealing with customer service and got nowhere. Their support is outsourced overseas, and they seem to do everything they can to prevent you from speaking with a manager. They did not offer solutions and were extremely rude.

The worst customer support experience I’ve ever had

The outbound leg of my journey went smoothly, and booking through JustFly was not a problem and comparative to other travel agents. The issue came on my return flight when the airline rescheduled the flight. I needed support from JustFly to change my flight as a result, however was perpetually met with their fairly useless AI agent that refused to offer any changes, compensation, or refunds for my return leg. In order to speak to a human, I would have had to wait on a call, on hold for 1 and a half hours. Absurd how easily they push you to use their AI agent without true understanding of the issue. JustFly refused to take accountability for the change, refused any change or refund, refused travel credit, and refused to communicate with the airline to sort out the issues. As a result, I lost all my money for the return flight, and JustFly and the airline both refused accountability. Leaving me out of pocket for a problem that wasn’t even caused by me. I strongly recommend that you do not use JustFly as their AI slop robot does not understand real issues and to speak to a human agent I have to wait on call for hours. Never again.

Falsely Advertised "price you see is…

Advertised that the price you see is what you pay, taxes included. Then charged taxes and fees and even though I chose first class and paid the difference for that, still had to pay $19+ each flight to get a seat! I did book the flight but will probably not use Just Fly again.

Convenient to see fare comparisons and book. Does not list all the extra charges until after you have booked.

They made a mistake on my booking

They made a mistake on my booking. We were going to Jacksonville North Carolina the tickets said Jacksonville North Carolina JAX. I even bought the insurance thinking if there were any problems it would be covered $250. I spent hours on the phone with them. I still ended up having to purchase new tickets all the way aroun. Airlines couldn’t help. Insurance would not pay without the Just Fly giving me a letter to give them which they refused to do. Not jut 1 ticket it was 3. I learned a very expensive lesson. Will not use 3rd party ever again.
