I wish if there's less than one star or…
I wish if there's less than one star or in the negative, first their phone contact is literally for hours waiting on hold to speak to a real person, secondly I had a horrible experience where I book a flight through them but the airline canceled and asked me to contact justfly to reschedule, waited a whole month all the way up just few days before the flight with every couple of days calling to tell me we couldn't get a confirmation from the airline and they tell me to ask for a refund. To find out after a week as they promised to give me the refund within a week I find out no refund and being charged for the ticket of my whole family. Still trying to dispute after case been closed.

Every time I booked my flight through just fly and pay hundreds of dollars for the seat , I end up in totally different seats than what I purchased. I hope this time I will get the seats I paid for and not end up in crappie seats
The worst customer service I’ve ever…
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, I had an emergency and need to speak with someone regarding changing the date of my and my daughter’s flight (JFK - SFO)but after trying to speak to someone many times with no success and be put on hold for one hour and 30 minutes I ended up giving up. We lost our tickets that we worked so hard to pay for, lost our first vacation in 10 years simple because of Justfly chose not to have any live agents to speak to me when I needed assistance, I’m not a robot I’m a human being and it would’ve been great if I had the chance to explain our situation to another human it might would’ve helped us somehow. I cannot afford buying two tickets again and I have no idea when I’ll be able to. Nice NO VACATION thanks to Justfly company. 🥹
