Loved the bed, however, after a couple of months my coonhound was able to dig through. So I emailed customer support and spoke with Sheila. She not only offered to replace the bed, but recommended upgrading to their indestructible bed at no additional charge! I am super happy with K9 Ballistics products and absolutely blown away by their level of customer service. I will be a customer for life!
I bought 3 beds from K9 Ballistics and have had them for over a year. They are the only beds my dog hasn't been able to chew up!
I ordered a fancy new bed for my pup, size large for my 75lb meatball. He was stoked as I was unboxing it and assembling the bed. Once it was on the floor he was going to town trying to make it his own, that’s when I realized the sizing didn’t add up. I checked and was mistakenly shipped too large of a cover and insert for the main base. I reached out to customer service explaining the issue and received a quick response from Fatima! She apologized for the mix up and issued replacements in the right size! 10/10 would buy again, hopefully I don’t have to….but you know
My Atticus got a little tear into the bed early on, with his persistent efforts.. However, K9 ballistics is even more persistent than Atticus ! With extremely fast response times when submitting my ticket, to a hassle-free solution. Ticket response time is remarkable. Thanks again for a phenomenal product, and even better customer service along with it.

Nothing is made the way it used to be anymore. If I'm gonna pay $120 for a super durable dog bed, I want it to at least last a few years. It didn't even last close to 1. I bought this at the tail end of October, it's now the beginning of May and j need to spend more money in a different one. Bs.

Different beds have different durability levels, so if you do happen to have a more destructively inclined pup, we'd recommend investing in one of our Chew Proof Armored style beds for the best longevity. Had a problem with a crate mat which they handled immediately upon receipt of a picture of the issue. Extremely efficient and polite.
When K9 Ballistics says their dog beds are "chew proof", they mean it. We have had an occasional replacement, but overall, they are the best. I referred numerous dog friends to K9 for the best affordable, chew proof dog accessories on the planet. Additionally, their quick response to any problems (of which there are few) is unrivaled. Keep up the good work K9.

Purchased a chew resistant bed for my vizsla. He tore through it in a little over a month. Called K9 about the warranty. By far the easiest process I had ever gone through. Not only were they pleasant fast and efficient they asked me about my dog and made a different suggestion on a product to buy. Waiting on delivery now. Very grateful for the ease and integrity of this company.
Like others, my lab puppy chewed a corner of the bed and some internal foam within 3 hours the first time left alone with it a short time. The warranty sounds guaranteed, but they would not replace bed or cover. Only gave a "store credit". Well that was a joke, my wife went back on to order something a short time later and found the credit had already expired, which the company failed to mention it's only good for a few days. Sad, bunch of money down the drain. If your dog is a chewer, this bed wont hold up unfortunately, don't waste your money, not built tough at all and warranty is no good.

The warranty allows for replacement or store credit for the value of the item, so if you'd rather have the replacement instead of the credit, all you have to do is let us know and we can switch that around. If you want to stick with the credit, that's fine too. my dog can destroy a cast iron bowling ball, the first version tried did not fair well K9 however stood behind their products and I ended up selecting a vinyl raised bed which as of yet has endured this brute's chewing issues they reimbursed the cost up to the original expense of the original purchase
My dog ripped one their products. They made it right very quickly and were super easy to work with.

I already have 2 dog beds that I’ve had for years. We did get a new puppy recently and she is an aggressive chewer so she has managed to chew up the corner of one of the beds but I have to say the quality of their products beat any others that I’ve had and I’ve tried many! Yesterday I ordered a kennel pad online but after I finalized it, I saw that I made a mistake on shipping address. I opened a chat and within a few minutes I received an email from customer service and they were able to fix this issue for me. Very quick service.
