When I received the herding ball, I noticed immediately how thick and strong the outer cover was compared to other herding balls I have received. I also like the double zipper on the cover! After inflating it lost air, we found a small pinhole in ball. I contacted K9 Ballistics and they were GREAT! They said they would send a new ball out immediately! No hassles, no problems! I will definitely be ordering from them in the future!

K9 Ballistics business mindset is spot on for providing a quality product and customer service after the sale. I purchased one of the very tough mattresses and boy it's just that, very tough. There is some assembly required as expected. The mattress is a tight fit in the liner but goes together quickly. Mattress tie downs are provided and MUST BE INSTALLED. The mattress quality is excellent and one in which I would sleep on myself. After delivery, I did have an issue and contacted customer service. From the start, I received professional, caring service and answers to my issues. This is the business model all companies should strive for. I could not be more pleased and when my little destruction machine needs things like beds, collars, toys and leashes, K9 Ballistics will be on the top of my "go to places". Thank You K9 for all you do!
K9 ballistics is a great company with great customer support. I bought two different dog beds. I failed to apply my military discount on the first order, after speaking with the customer service representative, they refunded the difference. I can’t wait to try out the dog beds that I purchased. I have a German Shepherd who has destroyed two of his dog beds. I will leave a review on those beds after they arrive.
Great company, great products. Quality is top notch and the rare occasions there are small issues the customer service is out of this world. In one instance I had chatted with the bot about something and was called away- never finished the chat, minimal details, they could have easily let the chat go. It the next day to my surprise there was an email in my inbox that the issue was looked into and resolved, no more details needed on my end, no input at all. That is rare these days and it’s why I will always shop here.

True to their warranty, after my 9-mo old GSD chewed her crate pad, K9 Ballistics is replacing it for us. Hopefully, she will outgrow her chewing soon.

The customer service at K9 is wonderful. They respond and help you with whatever your problem is. They always put their customers first. i only use them for all my dog beds.
The durability of the part, the dog lays on is by far superior to most you can buy in a pet store however, the framing and the aluminum legs that they put on are very flimsy and frail at best. I have pitbull so they don’t really jump around on them or anything but they are 65 to 85 pounds. The beds I bought are supposed to be good for 100+ pounds and I have purchased four of them over the last couple of years two of which had broken in the same place flimmsy leg and the screw where it holds it on. Will not be purchasing any more in the future. There has to be a better option for big dogs and an option that holds up if I had a great aim we’d be in trouble and all these beds broke within a year.

That portion of the bed is covered by our 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty, so if the beds have broken within that period we can definitely get replacements sent out free of charge. Stellar beds, stellar products and amazing customer service! I have 7 of their orthopedic beds, most with bolsters in their blue quartz color! One of my orders got lost by FedEx and Shelia promptly ordered me a new one! My dogs have loved these beds since I first started ordering them. The quality of the dog bed is unmatched. I purchased my first K9 bed more than 7 years ago and just got two more for my new Boxer pups! Their customer support team is also the best!! Any questions or concerns are addressed promptly and kindly. Buy the best and forget the rest.
I ordered a medium crate bed based on K9 Ballistics’ claim that it “fits standard wire crates.” It does not. My crate measures 36 x 22, and the bed measures 35 x 22, yet it would not fit as advertised. I also paid extra to personalize the bed based on those measurements. The order arrived late, and when I contacted customer service, I was met with repeated references to policy rather than any attempt to resolve the issue. For a $150 product, this experience was unacceptable. The bed was misrepresented, the service was unhelpful, and the company refused to stand behind its product. I will not purchase from K9 Ballistics again and cannot recommend them.

Excellent customer service. The products are beyond comparison. I spent thousands of dollars trying to find beds that my Great Danes wouldn't destroy. This was the only one.
I bought this crate pad for my new 8 month old German Shepherd puppy - recommended to me by my son who has 2 of these pads. Within one day my pup chewed through the plastic zip ties and the company immediately replaced them -amazing !!! This would not have happened if I had bought this product on Amazon. I recommend trimming the excess after you secure the ties to prevent this from happening . Great pad and great customer service,
Gave it a 3 star review because while the harness seems durable, it's not designed well for powerful dogs, as ours was able to back right out of it. We have a German Shepherd/Belgian Malinois. They do have great customer service though and we would recommend them.

Just as a heads up, the pro harnesses aren't actually considered an escape-proof harness, and they aren't made for dogs that might back out of their harnesses. These were instead designed with powerful leash pullers in mind, with restrictive chest straps that limit the dog's ability to lunge or dart forward. If your pup tends to slide or wiggle backwards in a harness, we'd recommend a more tapered, three-strap style design to ensure they stay contained. We're really sorry about the misunderstanding, but Sheila will make sure you're taken care of!
