Absolutely disgusted with product support. I received the wrong acrylic puzzle clock kit in July, and gave all my details to product support. Now, nearly 3 months later I have had no acknowledgment of my issue. This is appalling. I had intended to purchase some kits for Christmas presents, but I wouldn’t order from this company again.
Terrible customer service - I only received 1 out of 3 items from this supplier, have not bene able to receive any response form them regarding either delivery of remaining items or refund. Definitely DONT RECOMMEND purchasing anything from this supplier
Poor quality 1000 piece jigsaw, generic no image packaging with an a4 printed copy of image on standard paper. No color definition. Piece connection is loose and pieces very flat and hard to pick up and move. Very over priced and took a long time to arrive. I loved the image but so disappointed.
Bought two “sunflowers” acrylic suncatcher jigsaws, which arrived weeks after I’d paid, andonly after I emailed the company. There is no accompanying picture of the sunflowers, so my daughter and daughter-in-law will have no guide with which to complete the pictures. The quality of the acrylic pieces is absolute rubbish, and I paid, including postage, £41 for these two awful items. Stay away from this company! Dreadful, quality, and awful customer service.
Bout and recieved the item very quickly however the puzzle is poorly made. Difficult to put together which was fun but when you put this in the sun, all you can see is the pieces and not the overall picture. The puzzle pieces dont shine as per the video, and the picture is extremely distorted when you do put the item in the sun. All you can see is the joints rather than the image. I wont be buying again. I wanted something to shine and be beautiful in our new home.. now I have to keep it in the shade. Ill be going to get a proper one soon. Its a shame as I loved the idea
I am very disappointed in their customer service. I have tried to reach them on three separate occasions since receiving my suncatcher puzzles. When I put the puzzle together, the base is much smaller than the puzzle, so I can't hang it. I have tried to reach them to supply me with bigger bases but I have yet to receive an answer from them. I will not be recommending them!!
Terrible customer service. They stopped communicating with me when I requested a refund due to an incomplete order which they would not rectify.
The puzzle pieces don’t lock together so very difficult to keep together. Also, the casing border was much bigger than the puzzle ended up being, so when finished and hanging it up, the piece started to fall apart. I liked the stain glass effect, but poorly manufactured.
Very disappointed. Ordered 2 weeks before Mother’s Day, package did not ship until the day after it was needed. It did arrive but the 2 puzzle boxes were in an envelope that had been crushed in transport. No picture on the outside to indicate which puzzle was which. Not an impressive way to present a gift.
Received a book nook as a gift that came with faulty lights. Their website claims to replace parts if needed. The first time I requested a replacement I was ignored. After emailing more than a month later they flat out refused to replace the lights even after showing proof of purchase because it was bought from their Amazon store. I asked to purchase them instead and they also refused claiming they don't sell individual parts. I didn't even bother with Amazon as reviews there say they also refused to replace parts. Besides being a scam, the wood they use is incredibly cheap. It chips and breaks more than others. It's the worst nook I've built, and I've built many.
Ordered over a week ago with priority shipping as a gift for someone. Over a week later and it still has not shipped. Company answered emails by basically saying too bad, they’re behind, and will get to it at some point. Even encouraged me to have a refund instead- I declined as I really wanted what I ordered as the gift it’s intended to be. Terrible service and terrible company- spend your money elsewhere. Edit to add.. as of 15 May 2026 at 1600h this STILL has not been delivered. Awesome.

My wife likes to do crossword puzzles, and this type of puzzle is her favorite. They're clever, intricate, and visually striking, with hidden figures and shapes. They're among the most successful birthday & Christmas presents I've given her.
Cannot trust a company from China that spams you illegally on a private email address that has never been used for commerce or in any connection to them. This sort of desperation and sleaze is all you need to know never ever ever ever ever have anything to do with them. Buy Local, Buy American --- and report spammers to the FTC, BBB, and to their hosts and registrants. The registrants WILL take action. Is fun. Do it.
I chose the 200 piece puzzle as I wanted something that was a little faster to complete. This was perfect, and way more challenging that I first thought it would be. Some pieces are very tiny, and some are shaped like Buddha, flowers, butterflies and such! I enjoyed it very much and will be ordering more for sure!!
