I ordered 2 round puzzles that hang. They came with the chain and everything needed to put them together. They are a solid plastic, vibrant colors and different puzzle shaped pieces than regular puzzles. Love them.

Very responsive customer service
I placed an order and upon reviewing the confirmation I noticed I had ordered the wrong size of a puzzle. Anna at customer service contacted me and told me I could send the additional funds to purchase the larger puzzle to a PayPal account. She assured me she would update my order to reflect the larger size puzzle I wanted.
Great customer service
One of the suncatcher puzzles that I received was missing a small piece needed to keep it together. I emailed the company asking if I could possibly get that small piece because it’s not something you would find at the store. I had a reply in less than an hour asking me to send them a picture of the puzzle and show them what was missing. They again immediately responded and told me a replacement would be forthcoming. They actually replace the entire puzzle not just a little piece that I was missing. The customer service was amazing.
Not enough paint was provided to…
Not enough paint was provided to complete the painting. Many colors required more than one coat to appropriately cover the canvas. I emailed customer service to see if I could get more paint as many companies will do this and they never responded.

I recently ordered four puzzles
I recently ordered four puzzles from Craft Hub. I just put one together called Floral Glow and it’s beautiful hanging in my front window. The puzzle was fun to put together the pieces fit together perfectly, and it reflects the sun so pretty. Customer Service is awesome, the last puzzle I put together had extra piece left over. I called Customer Service just to let them be aware, they were very appreciative, and I also told him that they had a beautiful quality product that was a delight to put together and hang in my window. I received my order and there was no instruction as how to put it together so I text you but before I could get a responce from you I figured it out and text you to that. KEEPER GARDENS!!! This company not trustable. Once the request will raise means their not fulfill the customer choice.their are cheating . In my account they debit money 800 SAR . But I am already explained I don't want any purchases I want my money to be refund . First they told how much you spend money we will credit your same card.but they didn't credit money now they are telling company will not accept. They are cheating 😭😭😭

These puzzles are beautifully made
These puzzles are beautifully made. They aren't like your typical puzzles, these aren't boring at all. Each puzzle is different, each puzzle has different shapes which is exciting to find what shapes you have. I am 68 years old and I really love these puzzles because it really makes my mind engaged. I ordered my first puzzle about a month ago and got so addicted to it that I just got 8 more in the mail a few days ago. They truly are beautifully made and the colors really stand out. I will definitely be ordering again!

I had a really terrible experience from start to finish ordering my lord of the rings paint by numbers kit. I got a notification it was shipped, and after waiting several weeks I reached out to the company that the tracking hadn’t updated and I hadn’t received it. I got a new tracking number twice after that, and then after waiting several weeks longer it finally arrived. I have finally opened up the box to get started to find that the design is printed on the wrong side of the canvas so I can’t even finish it. I would have really loved to do this one but it was such a hassle I don’t even know if trying to get a new one is worth it at this point.

Excellent craftsmanship
I have ordered several puzzles. The craftsmanship is excellent and it is a fun thing to do with my grandson. The last puzzle I ordered was missing a piece and I got an immediate response back and a replacement puzzle is on the way. Customer service is excellent.

I have always been very pleased with these puzzles. I love the variety of puzzles, I am an animal lover, so tend to lean on that side. These puzzles are great when we go to our RV and perfect for our small inside side tables. I did recently complete a puzzle, but was missing one piece. I contacted them, ask for just the piece I was missing, with picture, and they responded immediately and are sending it to me. I love the puzzles, quick service, and customer service. I ordered three puzzles and they were delivered quickly. Due to a neighbor picking up the package, I didn’t receive them for a while. Anna, from support was able to track down how it was delivered and when, so I was able to find the package. She was very helpful. The puzzles were packaged very safely. They are to be gifts, and I’m sure my family will love them.
