I love the wooden puzzles! They're challenging but only takes hours to complete vs days. The suncatcher puzzles are great, too! I've completed six so far and have ordered more. Craft Hub has been very responsive any time I've had a question or reached out. If you're looking for something fun and different that will help you escape for a few hours, I encourage you to try them.
I love doing & mounting puzzles. It's been a hobby for years as well as Diamond Art & wood burning & several other crafts. PuzzleUp I'd placed a few separate orders, the one came thru w/ an edge piece missing. I contacted the company, they requested a photo after I explained sending it back was ridiculous w/ tRump's tariffs & I loved how President Xi put tRump in his place, in more ways than one! After the photo they said they'd send me another! I thanked them! I know I'll keep buying w/ from a company w/ great customer service such as that!
I Love the uniqueness, craftsmanship and details of their puzzles. I'm a puzzle junkie and when I discovered PuzzlesUp I became a big fan. Their customer service is also something to admire. I had an issue w/an order and they came through by replying promptly and making it right. I will continue to enjoy my hobby even more w/all the amazing choices offered. I purchased a personalized paint by number for someone’s birthday and they sent me the completely wrong picture. And to top things off didn’t send all the paints even for the wrong picture.

I recently had major surgery and was looking for something to pass time during recovery. I ordered several puzzles and loved the color and piece quality. I've sent pictures of my finished puzzle to my son and now he's hooked! With my second order I did have an issues with the cut of pieces of only one puzzle and after contacting Craft Hub the issue was quickly addressed and a replacement was mailed.
My second order of puzzles, were never received. It's believed they were stolen from my mailbox. The wonderful person there was gracious enough to re-deliver them to me. I'm so very thankful. I Love your puzzles. I now have a third order on the way.
Both two diamond art set and it did not disappoint. The canvas is great and the drill are bright and shinny. Very happy with this company and their products. Great price point also.
I ordered a book nook for my son‘s birthday, I ordered it over a month in advance, and it never arrived. I used the tracking number, the delivery company was Yodel, the less said about them the better. They had marked my order as delivered, it was never delivered. I have a door camera which proves no delivery was ever attempted. I then spent a week being passed backwards and forwards between craft hub and Yodel both saying that the other company was responsible. Eventually, I was told that my case had gone to their investigation department after I refused to pay the delivery cost and wait a further month for the item to hopefully arrive. This was well over a month ago, I have chased it up several times and each time Ben fobbed off saying they are looking into it. Essentially, they have stolen £70 from me. Customer service is dreadful, and this is essentially fraud.
Got my 18yr old son to spend 6 hours with me doing a turtle puzzle. Absolutely loved it.
I love doing jigsaws and just because they are small some of them can be rather hard
Late last year i ordered several wooden puzzles. When I put the puzzles together, one puzzle had a missing piece. I wrote and explained what had happened and provided a picture of the puzzle showing the missing piece. I assumed they would send me the missing piece, maybe a few extra pieces in that area to make sure they got the right piece. To my suprise a whole new puzzle arrived. Shipping IS slow, but they took good care of me. Thank you.
I’ve bought several puzzles, and right from the very first one, I loved the quality and the challenge of putting them together. I gave some as gifts, and people really liked them.
I have never received the puzzles I ordered a month ago. There has been no mention that I ordered them or when they should arrive. I feel that I have been scammed.
When my order was misplaced they were nice enough to correct it
I ordered a Jurassic paint set on April 21 for my granddaughters birthday May 1. It was supposed to be here April 29. I got an email this morning that it will not be here until May 12 or 13. This is the first time that I have ordered from them and it will be the last time. I don't order much stuff online I would rather go to a store. I am very disappointed in this company. If I could have gotten this at a store or on Amazon I would have.
I have enjoyed doing the small wooden puzzles. they are well crafted and the pieces fit together perfectly. I purchased nine of the A5 size puzzles of animals. I have completed six of them so far. The last puzzle was missing two pieces and custermer service was very quick to return a responce from my email. I sent them a picture of the puzzle and got a replacement right away. I look forward to purchasing additional puzzles in the future.
