My wife loved the jigsaw

My wife loved the jigsaw however there was a piece missing. I contacted customer support and received an email back within 24 hours from Anna who apologised and confirmed a replacement jigsaw would be sent out. Fantastic jigsaws and exceptional customer service.

Anna at Craft Hub is harassing and…

Anna at Craft Hub is harassing and stalking me over a delivery issue where the driver smashed and ran over my order and it was due to an order from the same delivery company, Dragonfly. On that day Dragonfly got stuck on our lane for 2 hours due to heavy snow that day. I did email Anna to ask her to let Dragonfly know to park at the beginning of the lane and walk down to my home and place the order on my back deck and ring the doorbell. Having said that, Anna did not do good by me. I have an undiagnosed illness, I live in a secluded neighborhood, and I was by myself at that particular time. Stress caused me much pain and I relayed that to Anna. She continues to harass and stalking me, even after I told her to cease and desist. I’ve reported the incident to the OPP when I realized the driver threw my order at the top of the lane and ran it over. I’ve also now reported Anna to the OPP for harassing and stalking me. She did not abide by my cease and desist orders. I am in pain again yet she continues to send me emails. Do not deal with Craft hub nor dragonfly. The customer service lacks empathy and common sense

Still heard nothing from them with my lighting issue it has been nearly 4 months since initial contact and nothing. Very poor customer service

Creative puzzles, great customer service

I love these creative, colorful puzzles. Customer service was helpful when a mistake was made in shipping the wrong custom puzzle. They resolved the problem and shipped the correct puzzle.

Gives me a feeling of warmth to deal with honest people

It all started on March 8, 2026 at 5:36 PM when I received an email telling me my order had arrived. I went out side and looked there was no package. I looked on the email there was no order number or tracking number. So I contacted puzzle Up. They worked with me for almost two weeks. Never once did they make me feel like I was wasting their time. Wooden Puzzles

Slow delivery, but not terrible considering it came from out of the country. The puzzle is great quality, but the reference image is much brighter with more vibrant colors compared to the puzzle itself which was darker - still love it!!

Didn't get the whole puzzle

I liked the concept of the puzzle but the pieces are hard to stay together and I am missing 1 piece. I emailed several times and tried to get a number asking for a replacement or the piece im missing but no one has responded to me. I've been. Waiting since end of December and they're ignoring me. I don't recommend getting anything from this company.

I would give this company a minus rating if i could, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM they do not do what they say, you are very lucky if you get a reply to an e-mail in 24 days never mind 24 hours and even then you have to send loads to them before you get a reply. i have sent numerous e-mails about a broken item and have had a reply to say they will replace it but nothing happens then when you ask what is happening they ask for photos of the damage which we have already sent and they have acknowledged receipt of but are then saying they havent received them which is complete bulls##t, will never order from them again or recomend them to anyone

Great Experiences

What has made my experience great is that puzzles of this type totally focus my mind on the picture. Thus I don't think about my stressful day or anticipate tomorrow. I enter the world of imagination. The cleverly cut pieces are challenging and the results are always beautiful. The ones I really like, I make permanent with puzzle glue and I even give some of them away. I look forward to spending time puzzling everyday. Your puzzles are outstanding!

Their refund policy is utter bs. Ive given them more than enough business and they are so rude. 10/10 do NOT recommend. Also the product is cheap

Puzzle Up puzzles are great.

The Puzzle Up puzzles are beautiful, fun and interesting as the pieces are interestingly shaped. They were very helpful to me when I couldn't locate. Y package. I will be ordering again.

Love the puzzles, ordered 4 for my grandson, one was missing a piece, I contacted then and they sent a whole new puzzle. It took a while to receive original order but the replacement came pretty quick. I will definitely order from this company again!!
