Should have ordered bigger puzzles...
I ordered four small puzzles from this company. The quality is excellent, the colors were vibrant, and the overall product exceeded my expectations. They were fun for me and my 9-year-old daughter to put together. We love puzzles and are always looking for challenges. Shipping took 12 days, but I wasn't expecting overnight, so that doesn't bother me at all. I'm happy with our purchase and would buy from them again.

I was in two minds about diamond art, but decided to order their Wicked (you will be changed) diamond art I have found it very therapeutic to work on, it took me approximately 3 weeks to complete it and I am very pleased with it

I have ordered from this company before. This was my third time. Every order before this was good, always had a tracking number, got updates, no problems. This last time my tracking number says warehousing processing order and hasn't changed in weeks I've reached out and they gave me some excuse about an invalid address which isn't right because I ordered 2 times before to the same address. Now they won't even reply to my emails. I got an email saying the package was delivered which it wasn't. The tracking still says the same thing. I reached out to the delivery carrier, and they said the package hasn't been dispatched yet because of insufficient inventory. I liked everything I bought from this company, so I am very disappointed this has happened. I still can't get a straight answer, and I am pretty sure the company blocked my email. I think it's safe to say, I will never order from them again.

I thought I had made a mistake ordering but customer service quickly assured me that the puzzles were ordered correctly and on their way. Before I knew it I was putting together my favorite story from the Old Testament having a great time!
Damaged puzzles - no refunds
AVOID: I bought a set of three Stranger Things puzzles as a gift. Two of the boxes arrived damaged. When I asked for a replacement or refund they only offered credit, despite my rights under contract law. Then they ghosted me. It’s a high price for damaged goods. Now I am having to pursue compensation via my bank/direct card.

Sent me a broken item and blamed the delivery company. Didn’t offer a full refund for that item. Stay away from this company!
I absolutely LOVE these puzzles
I absolutely LOVE these puzzles. Have ordered several; completed some myself & gifted others. The whimsical little animal pieces are fun to work with, especially with another person. When I found a piece missing from recent order, I contacted the company; they quickly responded, and agreed to replace the puzzle. I will be ordering more from them. I’m kinda addicted.

Thế puzzles are beautiful, unique and very fun to put together. I took a couple with us on our vacation and we could spend rainy days doing something fun! I have ordered a couple Harry Potter puzzles for 13 year old granddaughter and I am so wxcited to give them to her! One of the puzzles was missing a piece and I reached out to the company and had an immediate response and it will be replaced. I have recommended these puzzles to friends who are puzzle fanatics!!
Good Value on Puzzles, Deceptive About Delivery Time
It's harder and harder to find trustworthy sites to order wooden puzzles. I can't trust Temu any longer -- their delivery fees vary wildly so it's a time-suck to pick what you want and get struck down by delivery fees. Craft Hub plays a bit of a different game. They state Free Shipping with Tracking Number (3-6 days). This is verbatim from their confirmation email to me. It ACTUALLY TAKES 7-12 DAYS because it's coming, it seems, from mainland China. It's deceptive, it's actually a lie. Tread carefully. They have great puzzles, just don't hold your breath waiting for them to be delivered.
problems with an order solved with professionalism
At first things were difficult because my order was sent to the wrong address. After several emails the problem was solved. They were professional and yet kind during the entire time.
These puzzles are very nice quality
These puzzles are very nice quality, challenging, but really fun to put together. One box arrived missing several pieces, the company sent out a replacement and it was perfect! The shipping was a bit slow in the month of December, so order ahead for Christmas gifts. The were worth the wait, my son loved the Stranger Things puzzles!
Beautiful Fun!
Absolutely love my Wicked Diamond Art Painting! I received this as a birthday gift and loved doing it. It gave me time to unwind after working and taking care of my daughter. The kit was very easy to put together and a ton of fun for me. I loved it so much I bought a second kit, Wicked For Good to get framed along with my first one.

Purchase and communication
I emailed the company to give them direct compliments and I received a lovely reply back. It put a big smile on my face. I can't to get my orders as the designs are absolutely stunning. Anna seems like an amazing person too. I wish her every success in her ventures.

Missing Puzzle Pieces (Resolved)
I ordered a puzzle, which on completion had two pieces missing. This was such a shame, and somewhat disappointing. However, I reached out to Craft Hub explaining the issue, and without hesitation Anna resolved the problem promptly and efficiently by sending out a complete new puzzle to me. I have now once again completed the puzzle, but this time with zero missing pieces. This will not deter me from ordering again on Craft Hub, and I already look forward to receiving my next order..!
