I have ordered my daughter and myself 2 separate purchases from Kaegreel. Yes, initially I was unaware that the shipment would be coming from China. But, there were no delays or obstacles in either shipment. I ordered barefoot shoes - I received barefoot shoes. Since I checked the sizing chart, we had no problems with sizing. The shoes seem to be well made and are very comfortable. If you don't know what a barefoot shoe is, research it before buying. And utilize the sizing chart. Unfortunately, shipping problems and quality control will always be issues. But, immediately calling a company "Scammer" is unfair. That has not been my experience.
I purchased a pair of the high boots with one size larger than i normally wear, and my foot wouldn't even fit through the hole of the shoes, so needless to say, they simply told me a could return them and they would only refund 4% of the cost. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY. SCAMMERS 100%
A nightmare. Unfortunately, I believed the fraudulent "5 star Trustpilot" rating on their website. The items I received were terrible quality - nothing like the description. When I kept asking them how to return them, they finally sent me a form that required a complicated return to China, including pre-paying tariffs. My credit card company resolved my dispute, but save yourself time and angst by NOT BUYING anything from KaeGreel.
These shoes are cheaply made, in fact they are glued rather than stitched. A US size 11/EU 42 was ordered. The shoe was way too small. It measured 10” not 11”. After contacting Kaegreel the reply was “ We are sorry to hear that the shoes did not meet your expectations. According to our return policy, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to our logistics center”. I understand this response had I ordered the wrong size but in this case the shoes were clearly missized. I sent photos clearly showing the shoe was not a true U.S. 11 and continued to ask for a prepaid mailing label to send them back for a refund. Then they started sending me threatening emails: “ Because you maliciously filed a chargeback with the bank, our lawyers have collected the email content as evidence and have contacted your local police. We have filed a police report. We have also notified your local community, and if necessary, we will cooperate with the National Consumer Protection Association. We hope you can cooperate with our work.” That was when I contacted my credit card and filed a case against these shysters. I wish I had done a search on Kaegreel before ordering from them. I try never to order from an online Chinese company.
Not a good good company to work with. If you want to return your shoes for a good reason. The first option is a refund of $ $4 what a scam is that save your money. Shoe colors are not as shown in the advertising photos took forever for the order to get to me. There's lots of other options for shoes in this country. Save your money shop elsewhere. Ed
Bought the ankle boots which I found uncomfortable and rubbed my one ankle raw in one hour. Tried to return under their " 30-day trial with 100% money-back guarantee". LOL, yeah right ! Offered me $4 back, then $6 back, saying shipping to return would be too costly (while never giving me a return address even after I asked for one directly, twice, so I could check the price). Said I could give the shoes away to friends or family" ! On a fixed income, I can't afford to be getting stuck with shoes I can't use. Come to find out the same shoes are available on AilExpress at less than half the price and they DO accept returns ! So Kaegreel is absolutely buying from AliExpress and dropshipping to the customer ! I did buy a pair directly from AliExpress, which were the right size and comfortable. Bought a 2nd pair in a different style that needed to be returned for a size up (the sizes can vary through different styles), but they sent a postage-paid return label and I returned them with no problems at all. Do NOT buy from Keagreel !! Save money and buy the same shoes from AliExpress for less than half the price and have the ability to return them if necessary !
I ordered two pairs of shoes months ago they said it’s the trucking company the company sent me a picture of my house which I confirmed still nothing. Now no shoes, no refund, no nothing. They are stealing my money and now they don’t even respond. Stay away from this trash company.
BEWARE. Complete scam operation. They advertise cheap shoes as something 'hand made'. They are very poor quality, loose material, extra material, peeling up from the sole even brand new. Terrible like children in a sweat shop made them. Then they ship them to you overseas in a BAG, and they get more mangled. No shoe seller would put their name on products with such manufacturing defects and horrible quality. Then, they WILL NOT REFUND, they will tell you that's the junk they are selling and tough luck.
These shoes are absolute crap. Poorly made, with ridiculous flaws, and no matter what your complaint the answer is you bought the wrong size and must pay to return the product to China. Or they offer you a few dollars and tell you to keep the shoes. A chargeback is the only solution, unfortunately.

Shoes are average quality, do not fit standard sizing and returning the product is more expensive than the shoes original cost and extremely complicated. I disputed through Discover card and won. Refer to the shoes as junk plastic like material and that they are using "Deceptive Practices". There is no way to know that the junk shoes need to be returned to China until you request to return them. Deceptively illegal in the USA. Good luck!
I eventually fell for their persistent convincing ads offering substantial discounts. I bought 3 pairs. The quality and comfort of all the shoes were questionable and disappointing. They masterly concelead that they are merely a online platform selling cheap "made in China" shoes. Shipping was like pulling teeth, painfull and slow, it took more than six weeks, by an unknown operation from Guangdong, China. I did at last receive my shoes. I was also preturbed to be lured into an import & export duty avoidance scheme. They listed the selling price on the shipping documents at an average of 1$(USD) per pair of shoes while in real terms Kaegreel charged me as their customer a whopping 50$(USD) on average! Just do not buy from Kaegreel.
Do not purchase these shoes. They're so tight you can't hardly get them on, then really hard to get off. There sizes are so far off, it's not worth the hassle. They make you pay for returning the shoes if you have an issue, no matter if it's their problem. I've never experienced a shoe so damn tight, and scary to get off. This company needs to be shut down for selling Chinese sizes to American people. Disgusting. So, now it's going to cost me to return them. Bullshit. CROOKED KAEGREEL SHOES. I'm going to report this matter to the Attorney Generals office to make sure it is dealt with at a larger scale. Either replace my boots at no charge, or pay the consequences. Well, I finally received my shoes 👞, and not surprised to say " These idiots must think that chinese sizes are the same as USA sizes. I ordered one size larger than i normally wear, and I still cannot get my entire foot into the shoes. Ridiculous. Now I let them know, they're telling me they will only refund $4.00 out of the $50.99, and i have to pay the international shipping fees to return them. Looking at all their reviews is telling me this is a TOTAL SCAM. People, do not make purchaes from this company. You will regret dearly, I promise. They didn't ship when promised, sent package conveniently the day after I canceled the order and had reported a charge dispute to my bank. My request for a return shipping label was initially ignored, then in violation of consumer laws company responded that I would be reported for fraud if I didn't return unwanted items to China at my own expense. (Items sent were poorly and cheaply made, very small, and ended up thrown out.)

I would give a minus score if possible. They sent me a defective pair of shoes. When I contacted them & sent pictures of the defect, they sent back a canned response. I sent at least 10 emails requesting a REAL person contact me. So far no one has responded. This is the WORST company. Do not buy from them.
