Truth in lending Act (TILA). Please familiarize yourself with this before doing business with them. They do not disclose this in contract. Just payment amount and term. If you want to pay something off early, jokes on you. The loan is already calculated for them with interest up front. In my case, the loan doubled. I’m ready to pay it off early and find out my loan was not the $7000 I applied for, but double that Kapitus put on with interest. No early payoff to stop accruing interest and save money as a customer. Predatory lender, beware.

Hi, I would like to start by thanking Blake with bhg financial for helping me throughout the process patiently.I got approved quickly after providing the required documentations.However this was not based on the terms that I was expecting given that the original offer I received matched exactly what I was looking for this is a long term loan with a moderate monthly payment. Contrary to this the underwriting team only approved a short term loan with a high weekly payment. After saying all this I rate this type of loans aggressive and stressful.
