I had an issue with one seal on a baby jar and I contacted support. They were very helpful and friendly to deal with. They are sending me a replacement. I got notification it has been shipped already very quick response. I would definitely deal with this company again.

Wonderful customer service
Upon receiving my order I noticed one of my lids had a defective rubber seal. I reached out to KeaBabies customer support email and they responded by the next day. They were extremely helpful and sent out a replacement order right away. All I asked for was a replacement seal and they sent me 6 new jars. I was beyond surprised but very grateful. They will be put to good use!

infant footprint kit
I ordered to infant footprint kit. It came very quickly. I really liked the way the kit is set up and marked so you get it right the first time. It had quality paper and was very easy to use. It’s very nice to know that the inkless pad is safe for our baby.
doesn't stick
Unfortunately, the suction plates don't stick well to the Bugaboo Giraffe highchair and keep slipping off. Though the places are great quality and design.
