This is being generous. I ordered a cap online but when it arrived it was the wrong colour and the quality was crap. It showed an adjustment buckle on the back but it has a cheap plastic crap pop in the whole one. It’s cheap and nasty. Do not order from here. Over priced and cheap as crap.
Ordered 2 of the America 250th anniversary “Made in America” hats that were nicely presented as embroidered and in a box. What I received were two screen printed cheaply made hat MADE in CHINA hats that did not fit my husband at all. Very deceptive advertising!! Bait and switch scheme. Will never order again!
I thought I was buying a hat that said it was made in USA and after I paid for it that's when I saw it was coming from China but most of all is the difference of the quilty was poor comparing to the picture , I was livid after receiving my hat and seeing what it looked like, I'll never do this again that's for sure.

Do not buy from this website! We ordered what appeared to be a really nice ball cap embroidered with America’s 250th anniversary on it. It was supposed to come in a really nice box as well. What we got is a hat cheaply made with the 250th anniversary logo printed on cheap fabric. It came in a crushed shipping envelope — no box. The ad also boasted ‘Made in the USA’ but it came from China. Paid a lot of money for literal trash!
Do NOT order from this company. One star is too high. They advertised machine stitched USA 250 anniversary hats, "Made in USA" - they are cheap, awful hats with "painted" on graphics. No stitching at all. I will probably not be able to get a refund. The company is based in China - which tells you all you need to know.

The 250th year hatlooks nothing like the advertisement. Cheap decals instead of what was shown as thread is what I received. Hat itself is of poor quality with not one label tag anywhere to be found. Highly recommend staying away from this company and their merchandise. Now i have a hat that I will only display on my head mowing or doing anything that I would wear a good hat doing.
While the stuff looks great on the website, what you get is NOT what you saw. Keep in mind, while maybe Kenmiso is an "American Company" (probably not, but that's beside the point) They are sourcing ALL of their stuff from China. Not the decent companies in China, either. They are buying their stuff from the same LOW-BUDGET SWEATHOUSE places the rest of Temu is getting their stuff from. (That's when they aren't doing a drop-ship scam from vendors on Temu). Thus, most things will not look the same. But that's NOT THE WORST PART.......... The worst part is that NONE OF THE CLOTHES YOU BUY will fit. "Something" is lost in translation between the Chinese idea of XXL and the American idea of XXL. If you order XXL.... EXPECT IT TO ACTUALLY BE an American XL or even an American Large in size. I wish they did sell the EXACT same stuff in American sizes as they advertise. They really have some great-looking stuff. I had recently tried ordering some "America 250th" Baseball Caps. I figured, "There is NO WAY they can screw that up." I was wrong, there are SEVERAL WAYS they can screw that up. The caps were really lightweight and poor quality, and the adjustment strap in the back broke on ALL of the caps I ordered. I think what Kenmiso is doing is basically doing a "Drop Ship" ordering scam directly from Temu. I noticed the EXACT SAME CAPS I ordered from Kenmiso on Temu through other vendors for much cheaper. Kenmiso gets an order, buys it from some vendor on Temu, jacks up the price, and then has that vendor ship it directly to you. Even though many of these items are located in America, it takes the few weeks longer to get them because basically, you added a "middleman" to your order...... Kenmiso. These caps were my 2nd and LAST order EVER from Kenmiso OR Temu.

I bought a garden wind spinner helicopter, absolute garbage. Flat not 3D as picture shows and also 4 action figs that bear absolutely no resemblance to those advertised with one also damaged. Took over a month to get here and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I will never buy from these people again. One star too many!

After a 2 week wait, the product that was delivered was cheap rubbish, thin material improperly sewn together with a poor fit. Slow to respond to return request 3 weeks later they wanted me to pay to ship the Item back to china for an exchange but would not give a refund Do not get pulled in to the scam!!

The item I ordered did NOT resemble the item I ended up receiving. I messaged the company twice highlighting my issues and requested a response from them and did not receive any reply from them. I advise anyone considering ordering from this company DO NOT DO IT!!!! I ordered a Day Of The Dead tequila bottle. The item arrived with flower details that were stickers which were bubbling and peeling on opening the parcel. The colours on the bottle itself were just glass paints applied using a fine brush. With the exception of the skull shaped bottle the item in no way resembled the image used on the website at the time of ordering. I am VERY disappointed.

I ordered the "Day of the dead Tequila" and received a small painted glass bottle without any Tequila. The product looks completly different to the advertisment and the website and it's way too expensive. I will never ever use Kenmiso again. After my complaint at Kenmiso I received a refund offer of 20%, which was later increased to 40%, which I am more or less satisfied, even when the price of the product is still to high, I'm glad I dont have to deal with sending it back.
