I ordered a Day of the Dead special edition bottle of Tequila, and boy talk about getting RIPPED OFF on line for ordering this item.
It didn’t mention first that “ there’s No TEQUILA inside the bottle”!
And the bottle is a Little Tiny Bottle that looks like a “ Baby’s Penis”!!

A first rate scam. Do not even think to buy anything from this site. Bought a "limited" edition tequila bottle. HeLl it was a very small plastic bottle. Not even close at the advertised one. STAY AWAY.
False advertising. They advertised day of the dead tequilla bottle. You would assume it would have tequilla in it as it it advertised. Not only was there an empty bottle but it was about the size of a tennis ball smh. Complete fraud! Buyer beware.
Nothing like the advert, i paid £33.36 for it, but it arrived today and i am absolutely disgusted with the quality plus there was supposed to be 330ml of tequila in it, empty and a quarter of the size shown in the advert. Feel very let down. Well and truly scammed. Cheer's.
Complete misrepresentation!! I bought an embellished tequila bottle which should have had 3D flowers and decorations. Paid $37 and a very poor quality painted glass bottle arrived which wouldn’t even pay $5 for! You will be disappointed by the quality, don’t waste your time and money!
It took 7 weeks for my personalized 3-D mug to arrive. It was nothing like the advertized photograph. It cost $35 but is worth less than $10. It was a present for my grandson, but I won't be giving it to him. It was supposed to be in the shape of an excavation digger, but arrived as a standard clay mug with a sticker picture of a digger on.
It was my mistake not to look at reviews before buying.

Statue ordered is about half the size pictured and looks nothing like the advertised Gothic Dark Fantasy Figure. It looks like something a kid made out of gummy bears and that's unfortunately an insult to gummy bears. When I emailed the company they stated I made 2 individual orders. What sense does that make to the same address? No accountability then never responded again. Straight trash!
Months of waiting for the item (t-shirts). Then the t-shirts received were far too small, significantly smaller than shown in the size chart. Upon complaint, an initially presumably automated response was sent, promising a more suitable size free of charge – apart from shipping costs. When inquiring about the exact size, no further response was received. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you order from Kenmiso!

I just ordered a black ninja figure showcasing a nice display box and comes with a pen.
I paid under $30 expecting good quality and a decent size for the product
It arrived today with one finger broken ready to drop off, sword handle snapped ready to go and a severely severed arm that looks like it's been cut by a blade it's that clean also ready to drop off. To top it off it didn't come with a pen nor the display case.
I have tried to contact them via email but I can't get through to them what so ever, this is bad I'm definitely going to put in a complaint to YouTube where I saw the product.
Ordered a mug for my mate who drives diggers, saw this company’s site and bought one of their 3d mugs, with a digger on the front and name, paid £37, got an email saying it’ll take 5-7 days, nearly three week later it arrived and my mate sent me a pic to say he had got it, although he is a happy chap with his 2d not 3d mug, it’s not the point, if the company advertise one thing but send a cheaper option is that not a part of trading standards, it’s like ordering a horse but getting a donkey .
The goods took a long time to arrive and then, when they arrived were of extremely poor quality. The material is thin and cheap and the stitching is unfinished with a number of loose threads hanging from the garment.
The buttonholes are unfinished and are still sewn together so I would have been unable to properly try on the shorts without making cuts and invalidating the return of goods.
I followed the returns guidance and with a couple of hours I had contacted the company with a description of the faults and photographs. A day later I received a short statement saying that the company expects buyers to cut the garment at the button holes.
I have written back stating that this is ridiculous and have requested a pre-paid returns label and have asked for my money back.
I am not holding out much hope as this is clearly a low quality scam operation aimed at fooling ordinary people out of their money. Unfortunately I did not search for company reviews until after I had sent my order.
Please do not use this company, YouTube stop allowing their ads.
In addition, I have just received a further response from Kenmiso stating that they are refusing to pay the cost of returns and that they may not offer a refund. They are also refusing to provide a returns label, stating that the goods should be returned to a separate address for resale. Absolutely shocking.

Completely false advertising. Shows pictures of very impressive 3D mugs. But on arrival it turns out to be a 2D printed mug. Then notice the small print in the description says 2D. You are not buying what you see beware
TOTAL AND UTTER SCAM. The personalised mugs had ZERO resemblance to what was advertised online. The website says the package includes return forms. There is no return documentation in sight.
