Total con artists! Used AI to falsely advertise socks as knitted when they're actually cheap as chips. If you've been scammed as I have, complain to them straight away and emphasise the following: 1) False advertising will get the company on the wrong side of the law 2) The received goods are cheap whereas the advertised goods are high quality 3) The items were meant to be a present 4) The minimum you would expect as a refund

I ordered before Thanksgiving. No updates at all on package unless you go to the email and click it then it gives you a bogus tracking number and jumps around for weeks to different shipping facilities. Then says its dillivered when its not and theres no way to prove otherwise because the tracking number they give you for usps isn't a usps tracking number

It’s such a shame there is no ‘zero star’ option for these people. Clearly a drop shipping scam artist and should be avoided at all costs. They shipped a pair of adult ‘XL’ tactical trousers that were suitable for a slim 10 year old child and the quality was so laughable and nothing about the product resembled the advertisement. Avoid at all costs. They offered to refund 10% of the price - saying I could keep the trousers, then 15, then 30% upon further complaint - none of which I expect to see. Do not buy anything from these people - they steal your money and send garbage.

I ordered a pair of socks from an online store Kenmiso.com. I paid $47 Canadian dollars with delivery. It took two weeks for customs to check this parcel. Finally, the delivery status was updated: import customs clearance not release! Pay almost $50 for nothing! I definitely do not recommend ordering anything from Kenmiso.com!!Their real rating should be -10!

Gutted that I did not check these reviews first. Submitted an order in September. Chased and chased, I was sent two totally separate websites to track my parcel, one said it was coming from the USA, the other from China. Requested a refund four times then gave up. By some miracle the order then turned up late December. Quality of the product was mediocre and absolute rip off for the price. Avoid them, go to a local shop.

Terrible. Do not buy anything from them. It'd a total on line scam. You can't track your package and whne you email amd ask you get an auto response that's telling you they are sorry but it's on the way. 4 weeks later it's still not here. I don't even want it anymore. And you'll never get a refund. Trust me. This is BS

The socks arrived, after 6 weeks, Very poor quality bunnys were only glued on with super glue and came apart as soon as we opened the package The stuffing was coming out from the bunny in 1 sock and no refund is being offered

As others have stated, the rucksack looks 3D in the pictures, it is not. They have produced a very cheap piece of tat and just photoshopped the image to make it look better. Kenmiso are another bunch of Internet scammers, avoid this company.

I ordered a number of the heart shaped 'sea glass, handed crafted friendship decor' from Kenmiso. According to the advertisement they come with beautiful white ribbons and in individual boxes. The hearts arrived wrapped in a plastic bag. They were NOT handcrafted, there was no sea glass, it was a picture with writing, with white cords and no boxes. Unfortunately, I saw the reviews too late. I was not happy. I emailed them and demanded a full refund on return of faulty goods. After several emails and a lot of haggling, I was offered a reasonable refund, got my money back and the matter was finally resolved. I find it shocking that despite so many complaints and scathing reviews Kenmiso continue to false advertise, luring unsuspecting, trusting customers. I want to know who is responsible for allowing them to continue trading under deceptive means?

I ordered two glass snow flakes with writing on them. I have been waiting for weeks for them. They were delivered today and they are made from plastic not glass and the writing is back to front so you can't read what it says. A load of rubbish. Not at all what they said it was.
