First, shipped me an incomplete order and fought me on the issue.
2nd, once the full order was shipped it turns out the product was falsely advertised on the website and essentially useless. They fought me on that issue as well, despite clear evidence of the problem.
3rd, once it was determined they lied on the website and I needed reimbursement, the refund took over a week for them to process and when they did, they shorted me on the amount.
All in all, the experience with this company was terrible all the way along. I'm still waiting for a full refund

Finally sent me a new part after 3 weeks of emails.
Only after writing the review below, was I sent a replacement part that was faulty from new. They have asked me to remove the review. Prepare for a battle if they send you items that dont work.

UV filters are a catastrophy regarding dust collection. You can't get rid of dust and dirt, even K+F micro cleaning (a nice gift) that work with my corrertional glasses and camera lenses themselves 1st class, can not clean the filters properly.

I am using the shoulder strap, hand strap, magnetic uv filters, magnetic caps and magnetic variable nd filters. In general, I am quite happy with all the products.
Just 2 things:
1. The variable ND filter is magnetic but for best use, you should screw it in. Else the spin for adjusting the darkness will not work well.
2. If you have a 77mm ND filter, The 77mm magnetic cap will be too small. So you have to remove filter after using it.

I've ordered the first and as it seems the last time. I've never experienced a worse costumer service.
Because of a not detailed enough description I got the wrong product and would have liked to swap, which was not possible. (Needed polarized nd filters instead of general nd filters, which were already described to minimise reflections. As I learned now this doesn't count for water reflections).
They offered two options:
Return and pay the shipping (18$)
OR
buy the right ones for 25% discount and keep the order
After several Emails they just stopped replying.
The cherry on top was the way how you should return it:

①Returns must include all accessories & original packaging
②Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements。
③Returns must begin within 30 days of receipt of goods,if not,package refused
④Please declare it as USD 20,if not,it will have the tax fee and return back to you.
⑤Please do not ship with express shipping like UPS, DHL,FEDEX, it will be returned back
Point 4 suggests you should declare something else, which is actually inside. The workers of the post office informed me I'd risk a fine to do so.

No protection in the packaging. Item arrived very late and broken. I sent several photos of the broken pieces to them. They repeatedly asked me to "co-operate" and send photos (AFTER I'D SENT THEM 3 TIMES). They even INCLUDED my photos IN THEIR REPLY while asking me to send photos!
They're obviously the type who will play dumb and go around in circles so that you give up and go away. I won't.
So I'll be showing the emails and photos to my bank and getting a charge back.
I recommend you do the same because you won't get anywhere with these morons.
Absolutely intentionally useless customer service. Weaponised incompetence.

unfortunately very dubious. I ordered two filters. During the ordering process it was not made clear that these were being shipped from China (it was stated that they were in stock in the danish shop). So the delivery time was far too long, and I couldn't use the products when I needed them. When the products finally arrived after 21 days, I wanted to send them back. Despite the 30 day refund service, as advertised on the website, this is unfortunately not possible because apparently this is my fault. I was offered a refund of 80 kr. and to keep the products (that I don't need now). The product cost is 1000 kr. I feel ripped off and will definitely not order from here again

The overall quality of K&F magnetic filters is excellent vs also the price . I bought several of them , for most of my lenses sizes and/or also used ring adapters so that I can mount bigger set size on some lenses and avoid "dark corners" ...

I recently bought the 'MCUV+CPL+ND1000+Adapter Ring' magnetic filter set. I have used the filters last weekend and they appear to be working fine. I'm just not quite sure about the polarizing filter, which does not work as effective as other CPLs I have.
The magnetic adapters are very strong and hold the filters well, yet the CPL is easy to turn. A downside for me is that using two filters (ND+CPL) produce dark corners on the image, which means that I can use my 24-120mm zoom only from about 30mm upwards. I should have up-sized to the next size - too late now!
Another thing I found strange was that when I ordered the filter set and went to the 'checkout' and I logged into my account. At that point the price jumped up by about 10% for the set - very repeatable! I finally bought the filter set without log-in and got the cheaper price. Just keep it in mind when you order!

K&F Concept (KentFaith Concept) provides some of the best value filters on the market. However, my 6-9 stop VND Filter (Nano-X Magnetic) does have a slight yellow color cast. The filter cost me around $100 ($80 non-magnetic). Fortunately, since the color cast is yellow it can be adjusted in post. However, at $100 I would expect better quality.
Additionally, the magnetic VND filters come with a special adapter with grooves to lock the VND in place (to allow you to adjust the stops), however, they don't sell this magnetic filter adapter with grooves on its own so I can't use the filter for any other lens unless it has an 82mm filter thread.
Aside from the issues with the VND, the 1/4 black mist, and CPL work well without any major image quality degradation. However, you cannot stack these filters due to vignetting at wider focal lengths (24mm) which is also a bit disappointing.
