Update: I purchased this piece of junk camera in October 2021. It died today. Blinking red light. Nothing else. Power button does nothing. Reset button does nothing. Cannot connect to it. Says offline. Biggest waste of money I ever spent. My Arlo cameras are 3 years old and still work flawlessly. So sorry I wasted $120 with this junk! Buy an Arlo. You won't be sorry! Don't get excited Kent Faith. I will keep updating periodically to remind you that you sell junk and my piece of crap camera still isn't working!

Very happy with my wildlife camera. Very clear pictures - even at night in black and white. Just need to make sure we keep the batteries replaced as it soon affects the recording at night once they start getting flat.

Having been stupid enough to trust there own reviews and product right ups. We suffered late delivery but putting that to one side. We had both cameras fitted not in the original planned locations as ee bought 2 other cameras direct from amazon £10 each cheaper next day delivery. But we thought instead of going through the bullerdash of trying a return we placed the 2 cameras up. We placed both cameras up to monitor cars turning around in a tight area wherein our car been damaged several times recently.
So up the went by a qualified professional electrician and the words disbelief, joke, rubbish, fake advertising. Rip off China products came to mind, cannot even read a number plate within a distance of 10 Meyer to 20 meters. So I've no idea what they are good for but it not security.
We asked PayPal to investigate as product does not meet the specsadvertised, we sent this to trading standards very much as the same as above but to invedtigate its UK holding company and the UK national fraud department as the products are clearly not fit for purpose and now reading trustpilot warning that there were/are fake reviews been posted in trustpilot thus company is clearly ripping the trusting UK shopper off.
Finally we ask BBC Rip off Britain show to look at this and the Daily Mail whom my decide if we are lucky to expose this company

When I placed the order, to my surprise it was dispatched from China, the only good bit was a fast delivery, but I am hugely disappointed with the camera which has never worked correctly, it will only take photos for 24 hours before switching off. The batteries still have charge and I’ve tried two sets of brand-new batteries and had the same problem. I exchanged many emails with the company, but they would not acknowledge the fault. I have been offered £10.00, presumably as compensation, allowing me to keep the camera which does not perform in accordance with the specification. Alternatively, I was given the option to return the camera to China at my expense for a refund. I would incur shipping costs and any taxes, what would I actually receive?
I am writing off the cost of this appalling experience. UK based websites must show a postal address on their website, in future if I can’t see a UK address then I won’t be ordering.

To start with, the web page , at check out , charged me three times for one purchase! The site asked me to re enter my payment, three times I did because they said it did not go thru. It did go thru three times. The site even asked me for another card! I checked my account and the charge did go thru THREE TIMES! It is near impossible to contact them. I have not received any information on shipping or correction to my account. If I had known they were in China I NEVER would have used them. I DO NOT recommend buying from them!!!

I bought a Solar powered Wireless Outdoor Security Camera in September 2021. Unfortunately I had repeated issues with the Wi-Fi connectivity. My rechargeable batteries also died during the British winter which I suspect was caused by the Wi-Fi trying to re-connect all the time. Customer support has been very helpful and I was offered a replacement camera or refund. I've only left 3* atm pending final resolution.

Basically we talk about Chinese products sold by an European(?) company.
Until this, not a big problem as China is the world main producer in almost all the fields…
But the big problem is that you need to wait more than one month before they deliver the object you purchase.
Let’s make it easy:
You place the order -> they place the order in China -> they receive the item -> they send it to you.
This is what happens to the first and last object I purchased from K&F Concept as I’m able to deal directly with Chinese market in case I need it.

Bought a wildlife camera....they don’t make it clear they are from China, so it took over a month to arrive. Doesn’t work. Have gone back and forth with emails, have provided them with videos of the camera not working etc.....they are still arguing about it. They apparently have a warranty that states faulty items will be replaced but at customers shipping costs....😂 to China😂 They clearly have not heard of statutory rights. Pay pal are now stepping in...customer service is beyond a joke. I would AVOID this company like the plague (or a wuhan bat sandwich).

I purchased a Ken Faith 62mm variable ND filter ND2 to ND400 Blue (K-series) and on all my lenses from wide to short tele and zooms there was an ugly black cross. after a complaint and many emails K&F agreed to a return but without the cost of return shipment. I returned it registered and sent the tracking number, it was received but K&F refuses to issue a refund for the filter. K&F have some good filters and some bad ones, but bad customer service.
Have been waiting for delivery of a filter, advised by delivery company that item has been lost by email, forwarded onto to K and F who just keep telling us they are contacting them directly for this confirmation! Have asked for refund - not possible until shipper confirms item lost. Just sent another email been advised that they are now on holiday from 29th Jan until 6th Feb for Spring Festival and that NOTHING can be dealt with until after this date. Appalling customer service

A reall mixed bag. Value to be had, but buyer beware
K&F is a Chinese company, presenting as based in the UK. The filters I have bought from them are fine. Not amazing, but not bad at all. In terms of value for money, they are squarely in the "you get what you pay for" category. And what you pay for is a serviceable but not quite as good alternative to the likes of Tiffen or Moment.
Your free shipping options involve a wait of anywhere from 2-6 weeks for the lens to leave China, sit in a holding pen somewhere, get their flight delayed, clear customs and eventually get to you via Hermes, the God of lost parcels. Any attempts to speed this along or ask for a refund will be politely declined. Seeing their reply, this is interesting as my first filter took three weeks, and the second is looking at about six (it still hasn't arrived). It's nice that they've made their set up clear here on trustpilot, but it's nowhere to be found on their site.
I've purchased a couple of filters from them. I like them. But next time I'd likely buy through Amazon to better protect myself.
