Kibo Pay is the only merchant that our business could find that fit our needs! Everyone that I have spoken with have been fantastic. This company even paid our early termination fee for our old merchant services. I have dealt with Shirley at Kibo Pay mostly, and she is FANTASTIC! The people at Kibo Pay are quick to answer any questions I had. They were also very helpful in starting the whole process to help our patients (and staff!) understand this change. The proper verbiage in explaining the changes, and how to effectively counter the objections the patients would have with the "procurement fee", were laid out nicely by the staff at Kibo Pay when we first started partnering with this company-this was a HUGE help! The interface to check the charges is also straightforward and easy to navigate. Kudos Kibo Pay!

We just updated to a newer software version, which is more digital and is very helpful. We can send text receipts right from the machine and the daily batch is email to us, which is a great time save and a very good organizer.
