Nice Stetson "crushable" hat. Came in Loden green color, as per picture. Killer Hats got it out right away and had in couple of days. Looks good, fits good. Very pleased.

I tried to check on my order but no one …
I tried to check on my order but no one seems to know anything about it. I had to spell my name 5 times and I still not sure they ever got it right. I was told that I had to check my bank records to prove to them I made an order before they would do any more checking. That is falls short for good customer service.
Missing and wrong item, still waiting
I ordered a hat and belt online. I promptly received only the hat. I sent an email and left a phone message with no response. I called again and explained that the belt was not included. They seemed surprised but agreed to send out the belt. A few days later I received an incorrect belt. I returned the incorrect belt and am still waiting for the correct belt. Beginning to wonder if I will ever get it.

My wife bought me a hat for our 25th anniversary. It was flawed, I had to pay to send it back. Brenda the store MGR of the store has no people skills. I will not be recommending this store to my friends. I buy two new hats every year. Killer hats will not be getting my money from now on.
