Squash Stetson ?

Nice hats. However, the black Stetson I ordered was the wrong size and style. I complained and got VERY LITTLE HELP. The two cavenders we're ok. I had to re-steam the Stetson.... TWICE. I would order again... IF THEY HAD FIXED THE PROBLEM, I MIGHT ORDER AGAIN. As of now. Emphatically NO. I was forced to TOSS in trash. Steaming didn't work. Best of luck folks.

bad description and terrible customer service.

The hat I received was not as described. I sent a message through the website and got no response. I emailed and also got no response. I want to know if they have the lined hat as described on their site. I am returning the wrong hat. And I am disappointed that they did not reply to my question at all.

Give them a call in time for Christmas

I prefer dealing with companies that meet two criteria: toll free number and takes orders over the phone. I don't like putting a credit card number out there on the Internet. Killer Hats met both criteria. Beyond that, the employee who took my order could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Finally, I received prompt email telling me my purchase shipped and the next thing I knew there it was at my door. I would highly recommend this company to one and all!
