Phone and web page experience on 11-28-17 with CSR Megan: prompt and friendly, immediate offers to search both in online catalogue and in store for the particular type and style of cap I was looking for. She knew the inventory, found the particular cap in the store, (it wasn't in the online catalogue) took photos of it and sent to my smartphone so I could make a purchase decision right then and there, shipped it the same day--it was delivered to my home in Seattle a couple of days later, perfect fit, fabric and color. Excellent customer service, premier products -- I'll be back for a Spring cap!

To whom in may concern: I give Killer hats my strongest recommendations. Their online store is thoroughly stocked with well liked items and like wise sizes, colors, etc. Questions and concerns if any, are answered quickly and well done. Merchandise is well packaged, resulting in no damage and arrives quickly. my concern about shipping and note attached was relayed to my shipper to which I was grateful. All in all I could not be happier and highly recommend Killer Hats to anyone who wants a good product at a fair price and delivered promptly.

Quality, Consistency, Great Customer Service
I've just bought my fourth hat from them. Every order went flawlessly. The hat was packed well and protected. No misshapen dents or brims, stains or other issues. It is a joy to deal with people who deliver quality and do it consistently as these folks have for me so far.

This was a second order. The first order I placed with them had zero issues. This order, however...Item was damaged before it was ever placed in the box, tears in the design, etc but no damage at all to the shipping box. Tried to call the day it arrived (which took forever to get here, incidentally) and the toll-free number is US-only. Went into purchase history and reported the problem, no response. Emailed directly, again, no response. Sent a FB message inquiry - wait for it - you guessed it, no response. Sent a final email, no response so I finally left a review on their FB page and, guess what? They screen their reviews. Absolute garbage company. Don't order anything from these guys, especially from Canada. They don't give a rat's a** once they have your money.
