Excellent service! On a sun-drenched Friday afternoon, I found myself with some extra time on my hands on Clement Street in San Francisco, so I stopped into the Goodwill store, and there, in their old hat bin, I found a brown, faux-suede fedora which fit me perfectly and looked kind of cool, so on a whim, I bought it (for 6 bucks). I have been wearing hats for several years, since my dermatologist recommended that I avoid excessive sun exposure, but the type I had been in the habit of wearing was no longer made by the Scala company, so I was delighted to find a new style that I liked. I wore my new purchase that evening to dinner and theater with family and friends, and the hat drew lots of complements, so I decided to look for a the same style in a new hat. This turned out to be easier than I expected -- I found the exact same hat, made by Henschel, very reasonably priced, on the Killer Hats website, and immediately placed my order, which arrived promptly, expertly packaged and in perfect condition. I am very happy with my new fedora, and wear it daily. I will order from Killer Hats again, I am sure, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent hat at a great price.

Disappointed

Disappointed. Hat was shipped in a small box, not a hat box. When the box was opened the crown was damaged. Had to send back, at my expense, and wait another two weeks for a replacement. I will not do business with this company again.

Killer Hats is "killer" purchase was easy and they offered information before I decided what to get. It shipped out fast and was packaged properly (which for a hat is key) I will end up sending it back as it just didn't look right on me but - the product is stellar as the service. I will not ask for a refund but for credit because I'm sure I'll find something that will work for me and they deserve my business - and YOURS TOO !

I like the hats a lot but the sixes are off

I like the hats a lot but the sixes are off. I ordered the exact same hat in 2 different colors in the same Large size. But they do not for the same. 1 is too large and 1 is just right. Oh well...still good hats.

My first order came without a hitch, but my second order shows a shipping date of Oct. 14 but as of the 17th there is still no activity on the tracking number.

Ordering and etc. was fine. The straw hat was stiff, coated with a clear coat of some kind. This was not in the description and gave the hat a cheaper look and feel in person. It also was sized small.
