The whole experience was great. We had one less thing to pack or worry about on our trip. The location was easy to find in the airport. The checkout and check-in were easy. My only concern was that the stroller was a little wonky and veered to the right, making it tiring to control and push. I figure it was from the wear and tear of renting such a product. I would use the service again.
Such a great company to work with! Communication before our trip was timely (we had to change drop off times). Staff was friendly when dropping off and picking up. I was given time when receiving the stroller to check everything was correct and the stroller was in good condition. Staff took the time to make sure I knew how to properly fold and unfold the stroller. It was such a great service and convenient to not have to worry about traveling with our own double stroller!
Easy for Disney. Employees were very polite. Arrived on time! Thank you.
I would highly recommend this company for all your stroller rental needs while on a Disney vacation! It was so easy to reserve, the staff were very friendly and very timely when dropping off/ picking up the stroller, and the price was very reasonable.
Stroller was dropped off early which made starting our day great! It had our name label on it and everything. Drop off was simple they just had us leave it outside.
Super easy, very accommodating and so quick to answer any and all questions I had!
First time using Kingdom Strollers and I loved it! Would definitely recommend and use them again. It was easy to pick it at the resort and easy dropping off.
Loved using Kingdom Strollers. They were prompt for dropping off and picking up. The stroller was very clean and in great condition. Would definitely recommend and will use again.
Kingdom strollers was very prompt with drop off & pick up! The stroller was in excellent clean & working condition! Thank you!!
Pick up was super easy and drop off was just as easy. Stroller was clean, the rain cover was nicely folded in the cooler. Such a smooth experience.
Super easy and reliable stroller for 8 day rental!
We loved kingdom strollers! It was such a helpful, budget friendly and easy part of our vacation. We were able to pick up and drop off right at the airport. And the strollers were in great condition it was a huge help to make our vacation with small children easier!
Easy to reserve, super high quality strollers and the specs on the page are exactly what you’re getting, delivery & pick up easy and on time, and they have a great customer service. Super recommended and definitely will reserve again next time.
I received the stroller in very good condition and they have too much variety in strollers for kids. My neigbourhood families are using Kingdom strollers for their kids too
So glad we chose Kingdom Strollers for our scooter rentals! They arrived on time and return pick up was just as easy. Very reasonably priced compared to other scooter companies. Had a small issue with them on the second week of rental and they corrected in a very timely manner to allow us to continue enjoying our vacation.
We had a wonderful experience with Kingdom Strollers! The stroller and crib were delivered early to our rental home. We noticed the back tires on the stroller were flat, so I gave them a call and a driver was at our rental home in 10 minutes to replace the tires. It was also obvious that the stroller had been cleaned thoroughly since its previous use. The crib, mattress, and bedding all arrived in perfect, clean condition. Awesome customer service all around!
Truly amazing stress free service! They arrived on time for both drop off and pick up. I highly recommend and would 100% use them again for our next trip.
Outstanding service, went above and beyond to leave us with exceptional service.
We use Kingdom Strollers every time we go to Disney and it always has been a great experience. They are extremely accommodating and helpful. It is also very easy to get in touch with them. We have no plans on ever using any other rental company.
