The glasses came on time and fit great, they did take some time to get used to though. The saleswoman was pushy about choosing the more expensive, higher quality/thin lenses. My prescription is pretty low so I told her the thinness and higher quality is not really a priority. I asked her anyway about the difference between “higher quality” and the normal lenses and her answer did not provide any help she just said they were higher quality and didn’t really explain what that means. I repeatedly expressed wanting to opt out a few times before finally buying the glasses. Overall, she wasn’t trying to understand my needs and kept overwhelming me with upgrade after upgrade when I just needed a regular pair of glasses. She wasn’t very personable or friendly and made the experience a little weird.
Also, I’m both confused and kind of charmed that this place is also a cafe??
I love the value of the glasses. They look good with great prices. The contacts are also a steal. I rarely wear contacts so I enjoy the daily ones I can just toss out.
The glasses and contacts I ordered from KITS arrived on time and were a perfect fit for me! Very pleased with the service and quality of their products. Would definitely recommend.

My expectations were very low for $30…
My expectations were very low for $30 total but I am so happy with my glasses. I have been avoiding buying a new pair for years since I don't have extended vision coverage and couldn't afford them until now. The virtual tool perfected the fit of my glasses, they don't even need to be adjusted. Also, somehow my glasses were made and delivered less than 24 hours after ordering them, they were faster than Amazon. I will definitely be buying more pairs and referring others.

Cool reading glasses and rockstar service!
I had hear about Kits.ca and wanted to go check them out as I needed a new pair of glasses.
I first got a coffee at their cafe, and then browsed the selection of glasses. Then I checked in and got impeccable customer service from the lovely Amana. Basically I chose 7 glasses,
And she narrowed it down to her favorite 4. Thanks Amana, I now look a little bit more trendy! 😜
But seriously, just a cool concept store, great easy going customer service and very reasonable price. I expect this brand to grow and new stores to open up. Hmmmmmm, maybe I should buy some stock actually!

This is my 4th pair with Kits and I have never got so many compliments on my glasses and it is definitely a find I do not gatekeep! Love the quality and how affordable they are!
