I purchased glasses from Kits and wanted to return them (only because I didn't like how they looked on me). I was worried that I wouldn't be able to return them as they were prescription lenses and the frames were on sale when I purchased them. However, the Kits team processed the return without question. The customer service offered by the Kits team exceeded all my expectations - they were prompt in their responses, apologetic (even though they had nothing to apologize for!), and made the return/exchange process seamless. 10/10 - I will recommend Kits to everyone!

Wow kits is another level shopping…
Wow kits is another level shopping experience ! I was fortunate enough to spend a month in Kitsilano , and had to go to this famous optical place !Locally owned and operated , Great selection of glasses , very friendly knowledgable staff , and start the car 🚗 prices ! I’ll never by my glasses anywhere else . Oh and the in store coffee shop is an added bonus !
Great CS but I prefer in-store experience to ensure a good pair of glasses for me
I had bought 2 pairs of glasses from Kits. Both progressive lens using Kits branded frames. I have only ever had 5 pairs of glasses over 25 years prior to my order. I also uploaded my newest prescription to ensure accuracy. Shipping was quick. The glasses received did not feel very top notch when regarding quality (Kits brand) but they are by no means bad. The frames on both pairs were crooked with the right arm being elevated on both pairs when laying on a flat surface. Also crooked on my face when wearing them. One pair being significantly higher than the other relative to each other. I contacted Kits about the crook in both glasses and sent a video to demonstrate. They responded very quickly and provided an option of full refund or replace. I opted for the refund. No return was required. This was a wonderful and easy way to resolve the issue. Unfortunately the glasses received will never be used based on the crooked frames alone and so they were donated locally. The upside is that customer service is outstanding. Quick to respond. Quick to refund. Great offer to further compensate for issues on their frames. Prices and selection are also really good. They offered me any pair of Kits frame glasses with far sight lenses with shipping at $20-$25 each (up to 5 pairs). I took them up on this offer and ordered four pairs over two weeks. Three pairs were wonderful. One pair was very crooked but they sent out a replacement very quickly to which they were also wonderful. I may take them up again on the offer for the fifth and final pair? I do like in-store experiences more but I can't deny that I received amazing glasses, amazing value, and amazing customer services from Kits.

Kits is AWESOMEE!!! Not only did they send me free glasses with my purchase, but for a newcomer for contacts I got 30% off! I will continue using their services as I experienced quality, speed and efficiency with Kits' services and will be a repeating customer. Overall, I'm very satisfied. Shipping was incredible and I got my contacts on time!

Best company I ever dealt with, I ordered 2 pairs, I didn’t like one pair, they quickly sent replacement. Received order within couple of days, very fast delivery. High quality glasses. Loved it ❤️

I have never experienced the level of superior service than I did with this company! Within hours of ordering, I received an email confirming not only was my order received but would be shipping out shortly. I received it within a couple of days. They were exactly what I wanted. DO NOT USE YOUR INSURANCE WITH THIS COMPANY
I purchased a pair of glasses I paid part through my insurance and some of my own money and these glasses were no longer available so kits refunded my money and then told me they would give the money back to my insurance which they still have not. I have been waiting since January and they keep saying it's going to be done. DO NOT USE YOUR INSURANCE WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER....
Value and style
I ordered 4 pairs of prescription glasses which arrived in the UK within a week and only paid $129 Canadian dollars (about £70) For that kind of money, you’d be excused for thinking that the quality may be lacking, however it couldn’t be further from the truth. There are lots of lovely little details included and all fit very well. I’m going to end up with at least 10 pairs at this rate! Couldn’t recommend them more.
Gets better and better
I order from KITS every 2-3 years to replace my glasses with a new prescription and am blown by how much they improve each time. On my latest order, the glasses I received didn’t fit my head quite right and the customer service was amazing. 1) They gave me the option to keep or donate my glasses to reduce hassle and waste 2) Replaced my frames with new ones that fit me better 3) Customer service rep was so kind and thorough with communication, even giving me tips on how I can make my glasses fit better by soaking in warm water and adjusting the arms 4) Shipping was so fast and convenient It was exceptional service through and through and the reason why I continue to shop with Kits. I’ve even gotten my family and friends to order because it is just that good.

They go the extra mile
I had a problem with the assigned courier's handling of my package so I emailed Kits customer service about it. They responded pretty quick and was very apologetic and open to fix the issue. In less than 12 hours, they were able to find a solution so I would be able to receive the contacts in time. Would definitely order from them again. I initially shopped for their prices, but I'll continue shopping because of their customer service :).
Amazing Canadian Company
I bought a pair of glasses with the “buy 1, get the 2nd free” offer. One of them was a bit small for my face, so I called customer support. They let me choose a replacement at no extra cost, including shipping! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Truly an amazing Canadian company!

Fast Shipping, Incredible Customer Service
Shipped incredibly fast and arrived just as quickly. One of my pairs didn't fit right, and customer service was able to put in a order for a new pair within minutes. They certianly aren't high-end glasses by any means. But they do the job, and customer service is incredible. Plus, I'm very happy to support a Canadian company.
