I own many kits glasses > I LOVE the quality & styles & affordability. Their customer service is so amazing. It makes me feel safe to buy glasses online. One time a frame had a tiny air bubble & they immediately offered to ship out a replacement. Another time I loved the style of the frames but they looked bad on me and again, they replaced them immediately. I get sooo many compliments for my glasses, I can't recomment Kits enough. All my friends shop there too now.
I received two pairs of incorrect prescription reading glasses, both with the glasses name and numbers printed across the top rim, which are visibly noticeable. I will not be purchasing from this company any longer.
Easy to order, great selection and prices. Fast shipping / turn around time. My only disappointment was the "free sunglasses" I selected the purple but recieved a teal color instead. Outside of that the main order is a 10/10!

I wishing could give more than 5 stars. I have ordered glasses from Firmoo and Googles4u which are chinese. I ordered from Kits when I learned they were canadian. I put the order in on a Monday at 1:30.pm At 5:45.i got an email saying they had new shipped. At 11 AM Tuesday I got the glasses. LESS THAN 24 HOURS!! And they are wonderful. I will be ordering from Kits from jow on
I’m impressed. I was hesitant to buy from a new brand. I’ve purchased Zenni glasses before and they were so-so. I got a new RX and wanted something fun a cute, Kits did just that. I took advantage of the BOGO they had and ended up not liking 1 pair. I asked a chat service agent if I could just exchange them for a new pair I picked out. They ended up sending me the new ones and letting me keep the other pair for a back up. The process was super easy and shipping was so fast

I am SO sick of seeing ads for Kits. I have blocked them every. single. time. I DON'T NEED GLASSES. if i ever need glasses again i will not be purchasing them from Kits just based off of the ads. Their ads piss me off, maybe the "influencer" style works for some but it is a right turn off for me.

I know… it’s glasses. But this has to be my fave company to buy from. The prices are great, great selection, virtual try-on, fast shipping and absolutely outstanding customer service. I’ve ordered at least 6 pairs to-date. I just can’t buy glasses anywhere else now. The fact that kits is also a Canadian company is just the cherry on top!

I would not recommend purchasing glasses from this company if you'd like it to fot properly. I've order maybe 5 glasses from KITS previously and each has a very small fitting issues. My latest purchase was a $300 pair of ray bans- they felt extremely cheap, didnt close completely, and fot horribly (I used the photo service to determine the sizing).
My first choice of glasses didn't work for me, I called customer service and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. I spent a few days really researching sizes and trying on lots of different glasses online. the software makes it very easy and accurate. I was able to get an order in for a replacement pair, and they arrived within days of the replacement order. highly recommended
Good customer service, but poor lens quality. I received my glasses and the lenses had circular marks that become visible when they fog up. They appear to be from suction tools. I’ve never experienced this before, and I believe it has worsened my night vision. The replacement pair had the same issue. I will not be using Kits again.
Glasses came so fast back in November, as someone whose always gotten expensive glasses these are so high quality. There was an issue with one of the pairs and I contacted 3 days ago about it, they got back to me right away, immediately fixed the issue and sent me a new pair without any hassle on my end, and they shipped and i got them yesterday! They even gave me a hard shell really nice case, and premium lenses. Literally got back to me, processed, shipped, and at my front door in 2 days. Incredible service I cannot recccomend enough.
Just received my new glassses, i bought a pair of Wednesdays for sunglasses and Walnuts for everyday. The frames and lenses are perfect. Im kinda in shock how quick they're turn around time is. Couldn't be happer.
