Wow this was the quickest I've ever ordered and received glasses.
I have ordered from kits once before a few years ago and the glasses from the first order are still used today! I like the fit of all three of my new glasses I ordered. I always ordered one of the glasses to be tinted as sunglasses and they are perfect! I did forget to upload my prescription but the staff emailed me back quickly with each response. They even offered another discounted pair for my own inconvenience... That I caused!
My glasses arrived in less than a week with cases and cute little cleaning towels that I did not order but was so nice to be given.
I would definitely order from Kits again and would recommend them to family and friends.
I just received the Frame Penny in clear. This is the best and most comfortable frame I’ve ever worn plus I absolutely love the shape and design. The glasses also feel strong and durable. This is my fourth pair of glasses from Kits and I must say it just keeps getting better and better. Thank you!!! I couldn’t be happier!

Bad Inventory Management and Slow Communication
I placed an order for a prescription eye glass. It was a designer frame. Waited 7 days and come to know that the frame is out of stock with the supplier however the frame was listed and available to order on their website. Waste of my time. I need to refund and got it.

Absolutely amazing shipping
Absolutely amazing shipping, wasn’t sure at first since I’ve never ordered before but I had gotten confirmation that it would be 3-5 business days. However after talking to a couple other places in my city they said it would take a couple weeks for shipments to come in with the holidays etc… took my chances anyway since I needed them for this weekend. They showed up the next day. I am in a major city so that likely helped with delivery time however I’m still blown away! Thank you so much!!
This company claims to ship your item and have it with to you in three days item was shipped on a Monday, but it still has not been picked up by the carrier after receiving an email saying that it will be delivered within 3 to 7 days not the three days that they promise just for people that are trying to get this in a rush, this item is coming from Canada and it takes longer then the three days promised, and I would bet this would take longer than seven days

Such a disgusting firm ,they post that they have a warranty but they never take that responsibility, i spend 250 dollars and it was broken, not even after 1 year ,dont waste money on buying there glasses ,fake people ,scammers ,they use a low quality frames and glasses
After many tries of getting my progressives correct it did happen. My biggest struggle was the computer distance. I work in a fast paced & busy Denturist clinic and I am at the computer, getting patients into the room and all other fascists of a office manager so I desperately needed all 3 distances to be spot on.
Finally it was resolved with what the rep called a office progressive and now all is good. Thank you for not giving up because 24hrs/day & 7 days/wk struggling with my vision was just awful and totally not healthy.

They deserve a better review than the last one I gave
I feel like I need to come back and give a better review from my first one after the first order I made. I had given a mediocre review because I didn’t love how the glasses fit me. It had seemed like the nose piece couldn’t be adjusted and overall I felt like the glasses were kind of too big, though I acknowledged that it was also giant looking on the try-on app view but I thought because I had a giant head they wouldn’t really look that big. Had turned out the app was actually very accurate in showing how they would look. The company reached out and guided me through fitting the nose bridge, and also so kind as to offer a return or professional adjustment reimbursement if I wanted. I didn’t take them up on it because I was happy enough for the price after getting the nose pieces adjusted to my face. I placed another order for two pairs of a different frame and I just love them. Perfect fit, quality, prescription is perfect for my eyes. I got the most basic pair with no additional upgrades and they are fantastic. I even ordered yet one more pair and now have 5 pairs of kits brand glasses. They are a fabulous company to deal with and they got a lifetime client out of me from reaching out to make it right just based off of a review I made on here. I can’t recommend kits.ca enough. Fast shipping, low prices, satisfaction guaranteed and so many really cool glasses even for big heads like mine.

My order shipped in THREE HOURS. Wow! I received my contact lenses in less than 48 hours after ordering in the afternoon of December 17. No drama, no failed delivery, order form was perfect, address form was functional and they also have ai bots if that is your thing, not mine.
I also don't see very many negative reviews, especially lately, which their competitors seem to be decorating their webpages with red dot one stars.
