This was my second time ordering progressive lens glasses through Kits. Both times, I was shocked by how quickly I received my glasses through Canada Post. The lenses give me super sharp vision, without the peripheral distortion that I had with another optical company.

I don’t believe the top of my glasses are not correct…but wearable…also…the glass case they sent with them is to small to fit my glasses..
Trying on online is not always accurate - it’s a gamble
Very fast, excellent service but find that try online is not accurate . On my last order 1 of 2 glasses didn’t fit well .

They have wonderful staff that are ready to help customers measuring and picking the right glasses online. Robert is very experienced and he helped us picked the correct/good pairs of eyeglasses. Lens are scratched
At first I loved my glasses but 7 months later the lens are scratched. I only use the cleaning cloth provided and I never had this problem with any glasses I purchased at eye glass places. I will have to spend more money now because the scratches are bothering my vision

I am a huge fan of Kits.ca! I needed new progressive glasses but did not want to spend $$$ so I decided to give Kits a try. The first pair were not a good fit so Kits immediately offered to replace them. I received my new glasses today and I love them! The fit is great AND the progressive lenses are perfect! Kits customer service is amazing! Thank you Kits!

Product is as described every time. Their plastic/ acetate and wood frames are more durable than I originally gave them credit for. Almost all 7 pairs I’ve ordered have lasted at least the two years between eye exams (my eyes degrade almost every time; both my parents are legally blind 😂) and the two pairs that did pop a lens and lose an arm, respectively, were *100% due to user error attempting to readjust my own glasses after being careless with them and twisting them into a certified mess. Both times.* The styles and colours to choose from is my favourite part; I get to express my individuality; my own style- and thanks to the deals I often get to buy one standout pair that says ME and one muted pair for more neutral occasions or sunglasses!! So thank you KITS🍁 for being a stylish, personalized, affordable ✨even without benefits✨ Canadian eyewear provider.
Skip kits, go elsewhere
So I ordered new glasses, and was honestly deciding between them and eyebuydirect, who I’ve bought from for the last 3 years with no problems. I received my glasses. The lenses are too thick and they look like they’re going to pop out of the frames; and I believe that they got the PD wrong. when I put my glasses on, they felt VERY off, and it would literally give me headaches. so I contacted customer service and they basically say I didn’t provide them with PD, so I double check my order invoice, and it I did. Then they say that the lenses I chose are the thickest option, and won’t really fit in the glasses, Which had I known I would’ve just gone with the thinner lenses? It’s been a week and, every time I email someone, I get different customer rep. Which goes to show the lack of training in customer service, and the care they have for their consumers. As someone who has worked customer service for over a decade, the solution should’ve been simple. To get a replacement with the corrections made. Instead there is back and forth with customer service reps, who are quick to blame you for the mistake. My entire interaction with this company has left such a sour taste in my mouth. Do not order from them, order from eyebuydirect or Costco instead.

Premium lenses weigh more than standard.
I have a very high prescription, which requires high index lenses to reduce the strain on my eyes. After much consideration, and 6 months of wearing my previous pair, I re-ordered the Contour with premium lenses (1.67 high index) and ended up with a product even thicker than the standard pair (1.5 index). After weighing them, the premium lenses were 1g heavier in comparison. Still love the way they look but considering how I have a high prescription and need actual high index lenses, this is not useful to me. Especially since my old pair is slightly lighter; I now have 2 pairs of the same glasses.
Replaced Glasses
Kits helped me fix my lenses and the service was spectacular from start to finish. Super helpful team, quick turnaround, and now my glasses are absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!

My prescription was shipped to me - RX WAS WRONG OD -2.25 / OS -2.75 I ordered 2 boxes of each strength They shipped 4 boxes of -2.25 and NO -2.75 There was NO PACKING SLIP INCLUDED IN THE BOX SHIPPING WAS ALSO A WEEK LATER THAN TOLD WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN!!

Really disappointed with the smart glasses. The AI unusable. Waste of money. I would have been better off just buying conventional eyeglasses. Always went to Zenni prior to trying kits. Was left so underwhelmed by the performance of the Pangolin 3 that I'll probably go back to Zenni.

I am writing this review to warn others about my negative experience with this website. I ordered a pair of reading glasses, providing all the specific data from my optometrist's prescription. When the glasses arrived, I was shocked to find that I couldn't see anything through them; all the text was blurry when trying to read or work on my computer. When I contacted customer support, I received a very strange explanation: apparently, these were "office lenses" designed for looking at coworkers at a distance. This was never mentioned or clarified anywhere during the checkout process. To make matters worse, when I asked how to fix this, they asked me to pay an additional $50 on top of the $125 I had already paid, just to get the actual reading lenses I originally ordered. This feels like a "bait and switch" scam — attracting customers with low prices and then demanding more money to provide the correct product. I have cancelled my order and demanded a full refund. I will never order from this company again and strongly recommend that my friends and colleagues stay far away from them.
Don't Spend Money on Premium Lenses
I had an absolutely lovely experience with all customer service agents and have purchased all my frames and lenses from Kits since 2024 and I think I will continue to do so - with one caveat. Don't bother spending money on the Premium Lenses. I was given two pairs, one Advanced and one Premium, and they were both identical. Kits can no longer provide wire frame glasses where the lenses don't hang off the side by at least 3-4 mm. Once again, these are all things subjective to my experience and won't stop me from purchasing in the future but I will be selecting different frames and not bothering with Premium lenses.
Fast Service
This was my first time ordering from Kits, and I absolutely loved the whole experience. I ordered on a Friday, and my order was delivered the next day. I really appreciate that they are a Canadian company - no more waiting for shipments from China. After being with Clearly for years, I switched to another company that was cheaper and had a better collection, but they took forever to deliver. So, I was glad to find another local company with a great selection and fast delivery.
