I've been using this dropship platform since 2019. the good part is they are probably the platform that is most advanced in terms technology, only kumoten has all kinds of special automation tools. The other thing i like about them is the large number of products. Some may say the price is high but this is mainly because it is from china. whatever it is, i still got sales when i follow their training and advice on promotion settings and other tips. Sometimes i got sales for things i never expect to sell and i manage to sell at good price. I think you cant fight price always. Recently they have started to introduce Instant account, i also open a new account using this Instant plan, and only sell local products using lazada and shopee shipping, not much products but i noticed they are adding products regularly and i got more sales from instant plan.

I subscribe the fast track plan service on end Sept. But really regret for pay it as no get the good service at all. They said help set up the account but it take more than one and half month also not yet settle until now? Ask them what issue they dont want tell. What setup they need do till need so long time also no yet settle. I feel very disappointed to Kumoten. Staff service already become like this then what about if i starting my dropship through their website later? I cannot imagine and give confidence on their service for dropship later. So i choose to forfeit the cost i pay and not use Kumoten anymore. Hope there are no other person being same situation with me again.

I've subscribed as a PRIME drop shipper on 2 Nov. And only after the subscription, Kumoten staff tells me that subscribers need to reveal P&C information to Kumoten to "set up" our store. On 3 Nov., one of Kumoten's so-called "staff" - RJ, reached out to me requiring me to provide ALL my P&C details, including Shopee & Lazada's ID and password, email address, and update my address and bank accounts into the e-store accounts. On top of that, they also asked me to deactivate my OTP on Shopee for the "setup" purpose. All of these steps are not mentioned on the Kumoten website for people to consider before subscribing. As a privacy-concerned individual myself, these are factors that I would seriously take into account before considering to make any purchase, which seems like requiring the said information is something that Kumoten wants to hide. The Kumoten staff went MIA on me after I voiced out my concerns on 3 Nov. Until today, 10 Nov., I still have no access to any services from Kumoten, no response from staff, and no chat support on the website. I tried to email multiple times, but no reply either; one email even bounced back from one of the email addresses. Requesting sensitive information without giving prior notice to potential subscribers is unethical and unacceptable. Therefore, I urge everyone to STAY AWAY FROM KUMOTEN as they are pretty much a fake dropshipping site that cheats people into paying and "trying" their services. I am a victim, and I hope my lesson and loss will help others not fall for the same trap.
My overall experience is good. I joined Kumoten at the end of 2019. Although the profit is not much but is generating profit. From what I see for these few years, Kumoten has changed a lot. For example, the customer support from using FB chat to the new chat system(the response time is getting faster). The increase of local product with a faster shipping time and lower rate. Is all about the expectation. if you expect to do nothing and get a profit, then Kumoten is not suitable for you. As a dropshipper is our responsibility to handle the customer and do marketing about our product. You need to do the marketing and customer support. Eg. track the shipment time, and inform your customer from time to time. Attend training class If you are new to dropshipping, I would suggest you better attend their training class. All the info and training are essential. You will know better on how Kumoten works and how to improve your store rating, etc. Don't Panic When I get my first order, I was panic and start finding guides and contacting their support. Just don't get panic, if you integrate nicely the orders will auto come in Kumoten. If not enough credit, the orders will go in pending cart.

I have joined Kumoten for almost 2 years, it seem good and easy to use. I know some of dropshipper might not agree it, but this is my own experience using Kumoten service. Many people was complained about Kumoten delivery and the shipping cost, because the item is shipped from oversea (China). **Local Product Myself have started to sync and sell their Local products since the MCO start last year 2020 and the delivery is quite fast and i get good review and rating in Lazada & Shopee. **Oversea Product So far I found that Kumoten delivery is improving and my customer can get the item within 7 days or 9 days, is quite surprise me and my customer giving a good comment on my stores in Lazada & Shopee. Don't worry about the shipping fee, because your customer on Lazada/Shopee already paid for it, maybe some of dropshipper excepted high margin or income in short time. I earn most 1K about a month I fell quite happy with it and I will try more and more :) The most important I found is the communication with buyer on the marketplaces, something customer are ok to listen your explain just that you need up to date the customer about the shipment status and calm them down :D Thanks for my friend recommend me to join Kumoten without paying any register fee or hidden fee.
