We truly appreciate your kind words! It means a lot to us that you're happy with both our customer service and the quality of our jewelry. We'll keep up the great work – hope to see you back soon! 💎
I made my first purchase from Kuololit in April. It was a Mother’s Day gift for my daughter. When the package arrived, it had been opened and my ring was gone. Per instruction, I reached out to the shipping company who accepted responsibility for the theft but they couldn’t refund me. They could only refund Kuololit directly. I reached out to Kuololit and they offered to resend the ring which I gladly accepted. In the meantime, a tennis bracelet I had ordered after I bought the ring but before it had arrived got lost in transit. It never made it to the US. I reached out to Kuololit again and they offered to re-ship the ring and bracelet together. My items arrived this morning and they are STUNNING!!!! I don’t even care how much trouble it was to get the items here. Between Kuololit’s dedication to getting my items to me and how breathtakingly beautiful the items are, I’ve already started filling up my cart and will be purchasing again. Kuololit’s customer service is incredible. Their products are gorgeous. Highly recommend!!!
Hi Jera, Thank you so much for your patience and understanding throughout this process! We're truly sorry for the shipping troubles, but so glad we could finally get your beautiful pieces to you. Your kind words and 5‑star rating mean the world to us – we can't wait to serve you again! 💎
I learned about Kuololit ‘s AliExpress store from a subreddit about moissanite jewelry. People were posting pictures of beautiful pieces they’d purchased from this company. I bought a couple silver stock rings and was blown away by the beauty and quality. I now have a dozen or more pieces from this company ranging from inexpensive sterling pieces to custom rings in 10k yellow and rose gold with a variety of lab grown gems. My most recent piece is a custom order, a 1ct east-west radiant pink lab diamond in a 10k yellow gold half bezel setting. It takes about a month to get your order because the jewelry is assembled when the order is received, not just shipped from a ready-made bunch of items. There are three AliExpress stores associated with this company- Kuololit, Samstin and Luxyimagic, and Kuololit also has a standalone retail website, Kuololit.net. All offer beautiful jewelry at very low prices. It takes about a month to receive an order, but it’s worth the wait! Luxyimagic is the lower priced ready to ship line, so turnaround from this shop is quicker, a couple weeks. I highly recommend this company.
Dear Dawn, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and heartfelt review – we truly appreciate it!💗 We're absolutely delighted to hear that you discovered us through Reddit and that our pieces have exceeded your expectations. It means the world to us that you've trusted us with multiple orders, from our silver stock rings to custom designs like your 1ct east‑west radiant pink lab diamond in 10k yellow gold half‑bezel setting – that sounds like a stunning piece! You've perfectly captured our process: every order is made specially for you after purchase, which is why it takes about a month to arrive. We believe quality craftsmanship takes time, and we're so glad you found it worth the wait. And yes, you're absolutely right about our family of stores – Kuololit, Samstin, and Luxyimagic each offer something unique, with Luxyimagic being our ready‑to‑ship line for quicker delivery. We're happy you've explored them all! Your kind words and high recommendation truly motivate us to keep doing our best. We look forward to creating more beautiful jewelry for you in the future. Please don't hesitate to reach out anytime – we're always here to help! Warmest regards, The Kuololit Team

Bracelet is beautiful and was mailed out very quickly, loved the bonus bracelet that was included!
Hi，thank you so much! We're so glad you love the bracelet — and the bonus one too! It's great to hear everything arrived quickly. Enjoy wearing them! 💫
Beautiful jewelry! Appears of solid quality. Just as depicted. I think the price point was very reasonable. Shipping immediate.Used the U.S. website established in Oct 2025 which gave a surprise discount! Would definitely shop here again.
Hi Suzy, thank you so much! We're so happy you love the jewelry and enjoyed the discount. (And just a tiny note — our site has actually been around a little longer than that, but either way, so glad you got a nice surprise!) We really appreciate your support and look forward to your next visit.
Always beautifull and customer service helped with fedex who goofed with the parcel transit
Thank you !🥰We're always here to keep things easy and moving fast for you!
Nice jewelry for money. Took a while to come, but they did communicate back to me when asked.
Hi Maurer, thanks for your patience and honest feedback! We're happy you found the pieces worth it, and we appreciate you highlighting our communication. We'll keep working on faster delivery. Hope to see you again soon!
I love their jewelry. Everything I have purchased has been beautiful! They also have excellent customer service. I had a ring that lost a stone in the first month and they replaced it right away. Everything else has held up really well. I wish I could attach a picture to try to show the sparkle of their Mossanite. It is amazing! The only reason for not giving them 5 stars is it takes a long time to get your order. In the end it is without a doubt worth the wait but I wish it would ship a little faster.
Thank you for your kind words! We’ll also keep working on improving our shipping service, and hope to give you a much better experience next time.
Item exactly as described. Appreciated the included polishing cloth and proof of real moissanite.
PERFECT! So glad to hear that 💎
