Product is great… BUT

Product is great. Holds up well. Very expensive. Would give a much higher rating other than their customer service SUCKS! Totally ignore communications. If your spending 250 for a dog bed it might be wise to locate someone who will communicate if they mess up your order

Raised cot bed

Bought the raised platform cot/bed for our female who is having incontinence problems. Almost immediately she knew that was Her place & now sleeps in her bed rather than ours :) Quality is excellent, easy to keep clean including the optional washable pad which washes well & dries quickly.

Mastiffly happy🐶🐶🐶

Happy, happy, happy! Our 3 mastiff boys heartily approve! Keeps them off the ground and allows for extra comfort after we added the pad. Love the durability for our big guys. Only disappointing thing is the recommended outdoor vinyl weave puddles water instead of letting it drain through.
