LabJack makes useful products and stands by them. I've used T4s, T7s, and T8s for data acquisition projects. The company's technical help is super knowledgeable, and the company has actually been willing to make firmware updates that have expanded the capabilities of their T8s to meet our needs. They make it easy to select products for your needs, and then provide excellent resources to help you program your hardware. Highly recommend.

Sorry our support speed did not meet your expectations. I looked and see that we responded to 3 support requests from you and indeed 1 of them was 2 days after your chat where we said we would "we will follow up with you about your custom tick divider need as soon as possible". We should have been more clear about how long it might take for us to respond with more information, as this request required collaboration and engineering work to come up with the answer. We will contact you directly by email to make sure you are not waiting on us for anything at this time.
Labjack - great products
Labjack - great products, great product information and I hope great support (but I have yet to put it to the test which I guess is a good thing). Only thing that I would have changed in the buying process was a heads-up on the import duties, as the use I am making of the equipment (wastewater plant management) is actually import duty exempt - providing you make the import declaration correctly when you send it - meaning I could have avoided a $350 AUD import duty charge.

Thanks for your feedback. Hate to hear that you had to pay unnecessary import fees ... sounds like you made an involuntary donation to your fine country. We are not familiar with anything we can do on our end related to duty exempt international recipients, so we will contact you by email to discuss.
