I was lost when my L'ange tool burned out. I had to immediatly order a new one. It's a perfect fit for my hair to dry and style. Very happy it didn't take long to get to me after ordering.

Does not work for my long hair and what…
Does not work for my long hair and what I wanted to do with it. The iron doesn’t hold my hair even on the tighter option to use as I wanted for a curling iron. I suppose I just need a traditional curling iron and not flex. I would prefer a refund.

My daughter bought more than what she…
My daughter bought more than what she was supposed to so I had to send some things back and the reasons online to send back is not what I needed so got in contact with somebody and they did. Let me know what to do. The only thing that I didn’t like is that they charge you to send back the product but otherwise I had a great experience with them.

I’m sorry to say this but I’ve bought several hair tools from you and it seems the quality is not like it used to be, the last two round hair dryers are horrible, one fell apart after 6months and I just received a new one and this one keeps going off while I’m drying my hair, please go back to the parts that you used yrs ago before you got so popular. Not so happy in Boynton Beach
