The products are not described well
The products are not described well. I have bought 3 products and not one is what o was looking for. Can’t get a reply on how to return or another product option.
Hair Air Iron
There products are reliable and well made! Delivery was in a timely manner. At 76 I bought the air curling straightening iron and it is a game changer! I wanted the traditional hair blower but had to buy used because they stopped making it!😔

The experience with customer service was excellent was able to explain to them what happened to my blow dryer.They were able to look up my order just by my name.And was able to see it was still under warranty, sent.My replacement within days was extremely happy.

I really like the items that I purchased. The curling iron that I got was larger in diameter than I thought so doesn’t curl my hair as well as I like. However, when I can afford I may order the smaller one. I think it will work better.
