I ordered a gift for a granddaughter…

I ordered a gift for a granddaughter going off to college. She specifically asked for her gift and color. Her color choice was blue and it came in purple. Now she is not a pink/purple type of girl so another gift had to be purchased. Very disappointed I wasn’t able to give her what she wanted.

I never received my item and tracking…

I never received my item and tracking information was sketchy and not clear. Terrible experience.

I’m giving this product 3 stars, not because of the product itself—it’s actually very good—but because of the shipping experience. It took much longer than expected to receive my order. First, I received an email saying it had shipped, but that wasn’t true. A week later, I contacted customer service and was told that my order hadn’t even been processed yet. Because of the delay, I ended up ordering it through Amazon instead. Eventually, my order arrived, but I never received a shipping confirmation or tracking email. The product is great, but the ordering and shipping process definitely needs improvement.

I have 4 L' ange tools. I gave my niece the last one I purchased just because.... All the products are delightful and make your hair smell fantastic. She ,like me are very pleased!! Great product!!

I love the thick it cream

I love the thick it cream. I have fine hair and it doesn't weigh it down. I'm only giving a 4 because they changed the scent and I'm not a huge fan. Their other stuff all smells so good. This is only ok now. Too perfumey. 🤷‍♀️

I love Lange products

I love Lange products and have had no issues until the hair smoothing wax. I have sensitive skin and had an allergic reaction to that product.

This is a great hairdryer. It is sleek, easy to adjust, love the magnetic connector tools and easy to regulate for no damage hair.

L'ange is amazing!

Their website was easy to use and had accurate information. The ordering process was easy and they shipped the products quickly with no missing items or damage. The Axia hair dryers I ordered are amazing. Great for everyday use and wonderful for travel.

They do replace non working products.

I have ordered many hair care tools and hair sprays etc. I ordered root booster which I applied once and it worked well but st the second application nothing came out of the bottle . I notified customer service and they had some suggestions for ms to try , they weren’t helpful and I notified them. Then then sent a reppacement.

Good product price is a bit high.
