I can’t tell you how the product worked because I never received it. It said it would be delivered in 3 to 6 days and after two weeks I asked for a refund because it still wasn’t delivered. I’ll just go with a different brand that has more reliable delivery service
4 star on the tool because it needs to come with a protective cover like the hair brush dryers do ...
After my hair was dried, when I tried to brush it out, it became frizzy . Almost electric.
I cancelled the item because I did not receive any communication and the order never arrived
The Salt + Sea Texturizing Spray, Satin Nectar Nourishing Gloss, and Rival Heat Shield are amazing! My hair felt incredibly soft and glossy. I’m still learning how to get the best results with the Glamwave since I'm new to styling tools. Practice makes perfect!!

The products are 5 star !! 💯 The only issue I have is the shipping cost and the time it takes, I’m in Canada and use ALOT of your products and have for years, ( this is my 3rd LeDuo) and countless hair care product orders An additional $25-30 (US $$ conversion) makes me really consider if I want to purchase, and the fact that it takes almost 2 weeks to arrive. A better/more cost effective/timely shipping method would be great
