I did not receive my order. After two failed attempts, which really no one attempted the delivery, my order was mailed back. And now, even tho my order was mailed back I did not receive money back on my credit card. Very disappointed and not sure if I would order again.

Lange has always been responsive and has promptly delivered what I have ordered. I particularly like their tools and their Glass hair product. I have used a number of products and am happy with them.

I purchased the GlamWave as a part of a promotion at $99 but it didn’t work at all for me. Upon trying to return it, I was offered $37. That’s a scam.

The duo classic was nothing more than a cheap straightener with air. Did damage to my glhair. Would not recommend.
I really don’t know how that product was picked. I was actually in the one that curls your hair can’t remember the name of it sorry. And got this instead. My fault that I did not look at the description once I hit paid. But this was not the product I wanted.
