Overpriced, we have issues with the engraving, and their customer support (Iris) has been no help. Requested to talk to an engineer or supervisor, but completely ignored our request 4 times. For an order for over €3,000, we expected a better level of support. We are still stuck with the issue and have no next action from LaserPecker.
The support staff at laser pecker has always handled all my questions and concerns with the utmost urgency and has been very professional in how the have treated me. This is a company that I will continue to do business with in the future. Camille and her team do the job right.
I had preorder questions. I was called back and the customer service representative was very courteous and answered my questions. I then proceeded to place my order which has been shipped. I am now awaiting delivery on the LaserPecker LP2.
Excellent service! Ella addressed my specific question, checked my answers with photos to ensure she wasn't wrong, and then provided precise information. The issue was figuring out which safety goggles belonged to which laser. Fantastic and prompt service. I highly recommend Ella.

My experience with laser pecker staff so far has been exceptional. When I had questions about my order they were very quick when replying and answered all my questions. The LX2 is without doubt the best machine I've used so far. Couldn't recommend this company enough.
On receipt of my Laser Pecker LP2Plus, I was unable to have it engrave properly. Through a few interactions with Lin at the Help Desk, he was able to diagnose the issue and help me correct the settings on my machine. Since receiving his advice, I have been able to engrave several items with my personal logo. Many thanks to Lin.
Lin provided quick solutions and support throughout the diagnosis process. In the end it was faulty hardware which I replaced and everything worked after. She also sent a gift to help with the cost because a discount wasn't available due to me ordering the unit before she was able to apply.
By far the best support I have ever experienced as a customer! Emily's response was quick, extremely friendly, and so constructive! I ordered the LP5 with a few extras. I accidentally ordered one extra twice and one from another LaserPecker by mistake. The support team pointed this out to me and, after consulting with me, adjusted the order to make it work best for me. I am absolutely overwhelmed! I can only give the best rating and highly recommend LaserPecker as a company! Kudos to Emily, who helped me tremendously! With LaserPecker as my team, I am even more excited to get started in the world of lasers!
