What they call "Auto renew" just kept taking money every month. I tough $9.95 was a fair price, but in total $107.00 over 2 months.

Zero if I could- serious scam
Zero if I could. My experience dealing with support and their bot has been ridiculous. Like a lot of the other subscription complaints - these guys pull you in on a trial . For me it was $11.10. I noticed there is really no set price. Then on the app they’re is no indication of auto renew on the subscription info. So basically you are misled into believing you are signing up for one month trial and then they pull the 3 times larger fee from your account without warning BEFORE the one month is up. This is not an ethically responsible company. I sought a refund. But like the other accounts here they had their auto response give me 2 months free and cancelled but refused to refund me. Basically they are trying to force me to use a subscription that has quite a few glitches in the routines, all AI generated and really lack lustre compared to the human focused Ads they circulate. There is a law on false advertising, by the way. I don’t want 2 more months. So I just contacted my bank and blocked the pending payment Of $47 The weird thing as well- first they tried to take $55 and it was blocked as it was a debit card for a new account and I’d zero’d out my balance so then they tried again one day later for $47. See ? No set amount. That’s when I saw it pending and notified my bank to block it. They have blocked it and it looks successful. My bank said if it does happen to go through I should file a chargeback claim with the bank.
It’s a nice way to start a morning.
