Not happy with this website. Taken extra money and will not refund, due to their policy. Has a UK resident I have 14 days cool off time, so I should be able to get my money back. I would be careful of joining.

I would leave zero stars but I can't. I do not have an account with this company. They are billing me constantly. Neither of by email addresses are attached to an account, but they continue to bill me. In fact, today, Aug 8, 3026, they have attempted to bill twice with two differing dollar amounts. I've had my bank block then, and this is still happening. So frustrating!!!

I signed up for this and it offers more than you expect
I signed up for this and the process was easy enough. I downloaded the app and somewhere along the line I missed the printable pdf and I guess I deleted it. I messaged them and William Miller from the Wellness Support team ensured that the query was resolved immediately. I started the workouts (a little late due to flu) and they are easy enough to follow. You can definitely feel them working on muscles you forgot you had.
